My search quickly led me to Radiance Therapy Tanning. I walked in and was immediately impressed with cleanliness and friendliness of Radiance. I met Kim, the owner, who helped me select the color and depth of my spray tan. It sounds complicated, but she made it so easy! We went through a quick demo before I began, which was highly helpful. The booth was neatly stocked with towels, wipes and lotion - all the things you need to prepare for your spray tan and clean up afterwards. Even though the spray tan takes a few hours to develop, I noticed immediate color. Hallelujah and Spring, here I come! Before I left, Kim reviewed my after-care. I have had a number of spray tans over the years and Radiance is by far the nicest salon I've ever visited. I highly recommend! By the way, this spot is in Kroger shopping center, so parking is ample and convenient.

I have been visiting this store as I am visiting this area a lot lately and getting ready to move…read morehere. I was excited to see a location near the house that I am moving to. I use the spray tan booth. I usually go the Suwanee location which is close to my work and have been going to that location for a year. Unfortunately, at the store in Kennesaw, the spray tan does not develop. The last 3 times I have gotten a spray tan at the Kennesaw location, my tan has not developed normally. I always use the dark solution and mix with iolite. When the tan develops, it is barely a tan at all and what tan there is fades away in a day or so. I do not have this issue at all at the other location in Suwanee. I am used to developing a dark bronzy color that looks fantastic. I sadly cannot visit this location anymore and I do not recommend it to anyone. As well, I am a premium member and am supposed to get a 20% discount on products, specifically the bronzer solutions that you add to the spray tan solution, and this location refuses to give the 20% discount. I was told when I signed up with PBT a year ago that I would always receive the 20% discount at any location. Not the case in Kennesaw! Sadly, even if they did decide to give me the discount, I can no longer visit the most convenient location and have to drive 20 to 30 minutes to get the closest one to me, because the spray tan booth does not work.

I have been going to the Dallas location for the last couple of years and always had a great…read moreexperience and customer service so last weekend I went to renew my membership. Upon entering there was 1 employee working and she was hopping busy. There were 2 customers in front of me waiting for her to wait on them. I stood there for 10 minutes which I understand when busy but in the meantime 2 more customers came in behind me. She waited on the 2 in front of me and when she got to me she said I have to go do a "spray" so you will have to wait about 10 minutes after I had been waiting 10 minutes already just to get waited on. Needless to say all 4 of us walked out. This was so out of the norm for this salon so I called and talked to the manager and that was fruitless. I asked why they didn't have more than 1 employee on and her response was "we are not allowed". I don't get it instead they had 4 customers to walk out instead of serving them. I don't know what changed in a year but obviously customers are not their priority and it's a shame because this location is convenient for me. However, customer service is more important to me so off I am to find a new salon in the area.
