First of all, Amy worked with me and allowed me to come on the Fourth of July when most places are closed so that I could get tanned before leaving the next day for a wedding in Canada! Her shop is super cute and SO clean. She was so welcoming and I never once felt embarrassed or awkward standing and posing bare in weird positions haha! After talking to her for a few seconds you can tell that she takes a genuine interest in her clients and she loves to get to know them. You can't beat the prices, and she does amazing work! Will definitely be recommending her!

My search quickly led me to Radiance Therapy Tanning. I walked in and was immediately impressed with cleanliness and friendliness of Radiance. I met Kim, the owner, who helped me select the color and depth of my spray tan. It sounds complicated, but she made it so easy! We went through a quick demo before I began, which was highly helpful. The booth was neatly stocked with towels, wipes and lotion - all the things you need to prepare for your spray tan and clean up afterwards. Even though the spray tan takes a few hours to develop, I noticed immediate color. Hallelujah and Spring, here I come! Before I left, Kim reviewed my after-care. I have had a number of spray tans over the years and Radiance is by far the nicest salon I've ever visited. I highly recommend! By the way, this spot is in Kroger shopping center, so parking is ample and convenient.

Upon entering there was 1 employee working and she was hopping busy. There were 2 customers in front of me waiting for her to wait on them. I stood there for 10 minutes which I understand when busy but in the meantime 2 more customers came in behind me. She waited on the 2 in front of me and when she got to me she said I have to go do a "spray" so you will have to wait about 10 minutes after I had been waiting 10 minutes already just to get waited on. Needless to say all 4 of us walked out. This was so out of the norm for this salon so I called and talked to the manager and that was fruitless. I asked why they didn't have more than 1 employee on and her response was "we are not allowed". I don't get it instead they had 4 customers to walk out instead of serving them. I don't know what changed in a year but obviously customers are not their priority and it's a shame because this location is convenient for me. However, customer service is more important to me so off I am to find a new salon in the area.
