We thought she might just be another customer when we showed up for our first visit and had to wait 10 min for another employee to walk up front. Seriously, this Bonnie chick just completely ignored us and continued her personal conversation. The beds here do the job but they have some age on them. There's no body fan (only face fan), you can't cut your face light off (so you get to suffocate under a towel if you don't want your face tanned. Fortunately we were slightly familiar with the process because there's precious little assistance or direction to be had here. This is a decent place to go if you live close but don't go out of your way. Customer service is iffy (non-existent if Bonnie's there), beds are older without features and you absolutely don't want to visit if you're a newbie.

So if I no longer live in the area and can't recoup my credit then Palm Beach tan just keeps "Your" money.
