This is probably the worst dealership I have ever dealt with regarding buying a vehicle. Looked at a truck at night thought it looked beautiful. Brought it home and the next day in the light saw all kinds of scratches and left over wax on the vehicle. I understand it's a used vehicle but wow. Contacted my salesman said I needed to pay 240 dollars to get the vehicle cut and buffed our after it had just been through this process prior to me driving it home. Then I contacted my salesman because the truck had DVD players in the headrest with no headphones, was missing the tonneau cover keys and the extra key with the vehicle. He kept playing the "I'm looking card for 3 weeks and nothing. Then I call because my temporary plates are gonna expire 3 times after being told someone would contact me about them and I'm told they are not the dmv and it was my responsibility to contact them about my license plate. Also the do not do the bill of sale through the dealership that was my responsibility. Maybe it's me but this is the first dealership that has ever been this focused on loosing a customer. read more

On Friday, 10/23/15, My partner and I brought our 2011 Silverado in for a free Lifetime Oil Change and brake check. We purchased the truck at Sunset Chevrolet in July 2013. Service Advisor, Ian has consistently been great to work. He also gave my partner and I some local lunch places to eat at while waiting for the service work to be complete. Ian - thank you for always being great! After lunch, my partner and I walked through the used truck lot and spied a used 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax. Internet Sales Rep, Sean Stead approached us, pulled out the truck, told us the story of it, walked us through the features and differences between our 1500 vs. this 2500 and the 3500 trucks. We own/tow a travel trailer so this information and future trailer options with this truck was very informative. Sean had done all of this before ever asking us if we wanted to talk numbers or pushing us to buy the Sierra. Thank you! Next, we drove it and learned even more about the Sierra on our test drive. We complimented Sean on his true knowledge of his product as in our experience most car salespeople just want you to buy and do not actually know about the vehicles they sell. Upon return to the lot, Sean gave us a few minutes to talk alone then simply ask if we wanted to run the numbers without pressure or the cheesy lines that usually come (ex: what can I do to have you drive it home today...) Once we sat down we talked over the numbers, trade-in, etc and come to an agreement to purchase the Sierra. In Finance, we met with Cynthia Lee. She helped us with our Silverado purchase two years prior so we were happy to work with her again. Cynthia explained all the details, extended warranty options, and made the process efficient. She was also very receptive to our option of using our own financing as our Credit Union rate was lower. I am also a big question asker and she entertained as well as responded to all of my questions. We also laughed a lot and we even had fun through the finance process. Great customer service during the sale, and for a great price. But once that is over, so is the "customer service after the sale" part. Do not let them sell or have them contract out after market equipment for you. They get Hack-a-moto at car toys to do their installs for vehicle entertainment. In turn Hack-a-moto, hacks it up. You complain, Sunset wants you to take it back in so Hack-a-moto can hack on it again. Are you kidding me? UPDATE 4/2/13 They made it right. I now realize that I had to jump the hoops. I didn't like it, but had to do it. Had to let hack-a-moto a chance to correct their mistakes. And of course, like any hack, they screwed it up again. At that point I made Sunset aware of the discrepancies. In which they contacted Walt at ADC Mobile. It took him and 2 of his technicians 4 hours to uninstall, uhf**k, and reinstall everything that car toys did to majorly screw up my truck. 12 man hours to completely undo, and redo everything concerning my trucks electronic entertainment system. If you got professionals, why would you dump them for amateurs. Just remember, if you get any aftermarket electronic equipment for your vehicle be sure to have ADC Mobile. Glenn Shaw greeted my husband, and me, when we arrived at Sunset Chevrolet. He showed his professionalism immediately when he tolerated my less than sterling attitude. (I would rather have been anywhere but standing at a car dealership.) We had previously looked at the same vehicle at two other dealerships. We didn't buy from the dealerships near our home in Lake Stevens, despite the proximity. The prices and trade-in value we were offered seemed crazy and we didn't really need a new vehicle. But we heard some good things about Sunset Chevrolet in Sumner and my husband wanted to see what they offered. Glenn listened to what my husband wanted and worked with him until a mutually acceptable arrangement was agreed. We left with a new truck that was exactly what my husband wanted and, basically, with the price he determined before going in. Glenn is the only car salesman I have ever recommended and the only one to whom I would consider returning. He listens and seems sincerely interested in finding the vehicle you want at a reasonable price. The lifetime warranties are outstanding, as is the complementary oil change for the life of the vehicle. We had a good experience and I sincerely appreciate the effort Glenn made to have our experience be exceptional! From the moment I arrived and met my sales guy Jake Mayrhofer, to every person that I dealt with at Sunset Chevrolet beginning to end, I was treated with patience, kindness, and respect. The service department is a bit vendictive. They said that the parts were under warranty and then then said I needed a Themostat & drive belt because the water pump went out. Then told me there are additional labor charged to put these parts of which I supplied and picked up. $60 for labor charges after the Warrentie paid $490, I paid $100 for the parts. He was helpful at first but kept making comments about how beautiful I was. Making my husband very uncomfortable. Since Sunset is a paid advertiser on Yelp, Im sure that is why they hid my review in the "not recommended " section. It is important that people know the truth about this horrible car dealership. My experience and review may help others: Oh the lies! These guys are the epitome of sleazy car sales men (especially DJ.) I have never felt so disrespected in my life. If you are a couple that is looking for a car and make decisions together, then look elsewhere. After going back and forth regarding pricing (which was another nightmare) DJ came back with the last offer- which I stated was not acceptable. He then pushed the paper to my bf and said " I thought HE was purchasing the vehicle." This behavior is completely unprofessional. We should not have even been negotiating prices to begin with since Day 1 (we had to go 3 days, since DJ missed our appointment,) we told him that we had a GM number for employee family pricing. He knew this, and said that was fine and we could get it. After the 3rd day, he then comes back and says that the vehicle we wanted was excluded from that pricing. Turns out that was a Lie. I did my research, and it was included, and printed out the paperwork to show it. He then goes to his manager and his manager then says, their dealership does not participate in that program. The buying experience was a bit rocky as the vehicle was not there when I showed up and they had trouble locating it. In the end, I got what I wanted for a fair price. However, the service after the sale has been terrible. When we completed the paperwork and I had the truck loaded the salesman handed me one key and fob. I asked where the second one was and he said he would have to find it but would order another one if they could not locate it. I am now in the fifth month of trying to get the key. Getting told it has been ordered and then brushed off is beyond old. No return phones calls or assurances that this will be rectified by the dealership. Everyone has been friendly, there just seems to be no concern once the contract has been signed. read more

I am very disappointed in the service and run around we have gotten from Sunset. You would think after spending 70 grand on a brand new truck that they would treat you better. We have had our 2016 Chevy truck in there 5 times since we bought it in Aug. They told us that they would always have a loner car available if we needed when our truck would need serviced and every time we have had an issue we have had to pay for a rental car. So there is 1 lie. They promised us the tie downs for the bed of the truck and still to this day we have not received them. Lie #2. This time they have had our truck for a week and they keep saying they can't get the part. Lie #3. We called Chevy of Puyallup and they can get the part from the same warehouse they could have if they had tried in their store in a day. So guess where we will be taking our business from now on. I went in to look at a car advertised online as being at their Bonney Lake lot. When I got to Bonney Lake, it wasn't there. So, I drove to Sumner, walked around the lot, it wasn't there. Now keep in mind, I had just received an email from them confirming it was still in stock. So, found a salesman, and instead of looking it up, we walked the lot AGAIN. Still no car. After that, he checked with someone who said it was being detailed. So, off we go to the detail shop. No car. Walk around more. Then back to the showroom, and check again...oh wait, it's at their contracted detail shop. So they call them, it will be less than an hour. OK, no problem. So, after an hour, they call up there...20 minutes. After 30 minutes, it's another 20 mins. Keep in mind this lasted almost 3 hours. Finally see the car, definitely WAY overpriced. They kept saying it was "excellent" - no where near. I had a tally of at least 5 items that needed work, including new tires and the bumper was falling off. After starting talking about price, we finally got to within $900. However, I had met my max that I was willing to spend on that vehicle. They wouldn't give up, tried giving me paperwork showing how much "they" were into the vehicle. It was crap. Finally the manager came out and tried again, I told him he knows what my max is and if he doesn't want to meet it, we are done. I explained to him that due to the condition of the vehicle, blue book and the fact that I waited around for 3+ hours just to see the vehicle - we weren't going to come around to an agreement. I want to start by expressing my deep disappointment in this dealership and all management involved in the handling of my whole experience. I leased a brand new 2019 Chevrolet Corvette in May of 2019 and starting with the purchase in which they charged me $2000.00, calling it upfront costs, just so they could give me $2000.00 back on my trade-in, to the repair nightmare I had to endure for the next 6 months. I returned the vehicle to the service department in June with 600 miles indicating a rear end noise and was told to just drive it more. After bringing to another Chevrolet dealership to verify rear end noise I returned the vehicle back to Sunset at the end of July to have a proper diagnosis done, at which time they indicated the parts they would need to repair were on back order and to continue to drive the vehicle until they came in. While waiting for the rear end parts to arrive, on August 14th, my vehicle just shut down and was towed to Sunset. On the following Saturday was told to pick up vehicle because it was repaired. At which time I drove for 10 miles until it shut down again and had to be towed again, indicating to me that there was no significant test drive preformed. The following Monday I was called by the service advisor letting me know that it started just fine for them, so I asked them to test drive. On the following Thursday I called to find out status and was told that it started for them, once again I asked if they test drive it. Finally, after doing a test drive the vehicle shut down on them which now began a 70-day repair of a brand-new vehicle. In that 70 days a fuse block, starter, ENGINE, and a prop shaft were put in to correct the shut down and after the rear suspension was removed seals and a cover where installed into the rear end. During this whole process I was reaching out to the Sunset management team along with GM themselves asking for help on replacing this vehicle with one that is not so defective, but NOT once did someone call me and offer an explanation, empathy, or even a simple apology. On top of that I have been waiting 7 weeks for reimbursement of my tire and wheel insurance that was cancelled on September 15th. Not even one ounce of customer service from this dealership. I hope this review helps people understand that once they sign on the dotted line there is NO customer service to follow. read more

I don't even know where to start !!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought my car 2 years ago and should of known from the problems with my paper work to never go back. I was having problems with my Chevy treverse and brought it out to them at the beginning of June...... to this day July 19,2016 I still don't have my car back . I paid over 800 for them to fix my car and drop it home the first week of June within 24 hours my car completely broke down and shut off on the busiest hill in Kent with my little kid in the back seat during rush hour traffic. I called Chevy and talked to COLTON who shouldn't even have a job picking up trash. He sent a tow truck which took almost 2 hours I had to leave my kids in my car and go knocking on doors to find someone to push my car up the hill and out of the way. They called me a few days later and said my car needed a computer that they had to order from Nevada and they would let me know when it was all done the manager gave me the "cost price" because they didn't detect this when I had my car there the week prior so my price went from 800 to 600. Which was great. They gave me a rental car from Enterprise. They called about 2 weeks later said the part came in they put it in but it went bad. So they had to get another one. On July 7th they call and said my car was done to come pick it up. I had to work Friday and they are closed on the wkend so I went Monday. I cleaned out the rental and refueled it parked it out in the lot and went to pay and pick up my car. The lady asked if I was there to get my car. I said yes she said did someone call you to let your car know that its ready ??? I said yes Colton called and said its ready to pick up. she went and got Colton he didn't say 2 words to me.... he gave her my bill and walked off. MY bill was back up to the 800, I said this bill is wrong Tim ( the manager ) gave me a different price. She called Colton over and he said to me "im waiting for you to pay your bill so you can have your car" while he has my keys dangling them in his hand. I said don't you remember Tim fixed the price. all he did was turn and walk off while saying ill go talk to my manager. I got there at 1 by 2 he never came back out I had to get back to work. I left a note with my NEW phone # and the time I showed up and the time I left and asked him to call me. He NEVER did. 2 days later I receive a message from him saying " I am calling again to let you know your car is done and you need to come pick it up and from today on out you are responsible for the rental car". I called the manager Tim and told him what was going on. He said I thought you took your car when you came the other day and I adjusted the price. The only reason I talked to COLTON today is because I got a note from enterprise saying the car hadn't been returned. SOOOOOO Colton never would've called me if the manager hadn't gotten that note . I get back out there the next day pick up my car pay and head home. I live in Kent and my car was in SUMNER....... I barely made it 3 miles on 167 before, my engine and oil light came on. my car started beeping saying stop engine immediately. !!!!! I got off and parked at the supermall. I Called Tim the manager gave him my new # and he sent a tow truck out they called my new # and said they were on there way.... . 2 people were in the tow truck to me and my aunt who was with me had o sit in my car on top of a flat bed in stop and go traffic on the way back to the dealership. . . . . I get back there they put someone else with me instead of COLTON. He gave me a loaner which I told him my Traverse is a 8 passenger I have 5 kids he was giving me a small car. He said that was all he had and I could just wait in the waiting area...... after 45 minutes of waiting I had to go ( 2nd day getting back to work late ) so I had to take this too small car. today is the 19th and I have yet to get my car. I called yesterday and they said my car was done and they have called and left 3 messages and haven't heard from me I asked them what # they had called and they gave me my old cell #..... FUNNY WHEN YOU CALL IT THAT IT SAYS ITS DISCONNETED !!!!!!! so how did you leave 3 messages for me. and now you are claiming you don't have my new # ...... but you called it when you sent a tow truck out to me..............so guess what I stil have yet to get my car because the manager said its done but they wanted to drive it around and they would call me for me to come get it. This was yesterday at 4 .......it's 1 and they still have not called. I WOULD NOT ASK THE DEVIL TO GO BUY A CAR OR GET ANY WORK DONE HERE. Their communication is terrible and so is there service !!!! Went in to trade in my truck for a 2015 Silverado. Absolutely recommend working with salesman Jason. Answered every question we had and fought hard to give us the best deal on the trade in. Take into consideration we went to several dealerships before this including northwest motor sports, Titus will, Ford and so on and sunset by far beat everyone els for our trade in value. They beat northwest Motorsport by $10,000. I can't even make it up. This is the 4th vehicle I've ever purchased and they have all been from the state of Washington and I have never got such a good deal anywhere els. Never once did Jason try to sell me a vehicle I didn't want or need. We quickly found a truck I liked and after the test drive I asked to have it serviced for the alignment. Jason scheduled me an appointment the very next day and after the appointment I felt it still was off so without any questions asked, Jason called in Ian and Jared from the service department for a second appointment on their day off to go through a thorough alignment and then walked me through everything they did to the truck I'm addition to the alignment. Both appointments were free and with no hassle. By far the best overall service from sales, finance, and the service department I've ever had from a dealership. I absolutely love the truck and it runs perfect. I would recommend sunset to any of my friends and coworkers and again couldn't have been more happy with how smooth and stress free Jason made the sale. read more

I bought a "Certified" 2012 GMC Yukon XL. Got it home, a two hour drive, and discovered several issues that hadn't been resolved. I had been told that a leak in the engine compartment had been fixed, yet the transmission line was leaking and needs replacement. A leaking headlight was to have been replaced, but wasn't. Taillights on one side were out. An interior door panel needs to be replaced, an exterior panel needs to have some clips repositioned, and some other interior trim needs repair. Several of these items were identified and was told that they would be taken care of before we were to leave the dealership originally. 10 days since purchase, no call backs, no support whatsoever. Now using a GM dealership close to home and will incur approximately $1700 in repairs and corrections. Some of it is my own fault for not pursuing more aggressively, but reassured by salesperson that they would take care of issues, obviously not, since communication has been primarily one-way and they have been virtually unresponsive. I would not recommend this dealership in anyway, shape, or form other than "buyer beware." This is to follow up on their lack of follow through. Filed a complaint with General Motors and got a couple of calls, but no real action. When Sunset had called about the problems the vehicle was already in a Real General Motors facility where the work was being done. It turns out that this place (Sunset Chevrolet) is worse than originally thought, they not only didn't fix the transmission leak, but also missed a coolant leak. By the way, there was service sticker from Sunset indicating that the vehicle had been serviced, I wonder what they did besides put a sticker in the windshield to tell you when the next service was due, because obviously nothing safety related was done. My final bill for repairs was over $1800 and over $900 was for parts that should have been installed by Sunset Chevrolet prior to the sale of the vehicle to me. All of this is on top of being told by the salesman that Sunset does approximately $2000 worth of repairs and maintenance to their quality used cars to make sure that they're in pristine condition for the new owner. Thanks to Ruddell in Port Angeles, we now have the vehicle we should have had over two weeks ago. To top it all off, it's not a "Certified" GM product. Sunset is very dishonest and unethical and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

Experience purchasing a brand new truck from Sunset was TERRIBLE. Typical old style car buying experience from the beginning. Manager in back office throwing numbers to the sales guy, sales guy goes back and forth from us to sales manager, UGH! They honestly do not care at ALL about their customers satisfaction in the buying process all they care about is their bottom line as we were told MANY TIMES. We actually liked our sales guy and feel genuinely bad that this is where he has landed for his own sake; I sure know that if he was at another dealership we would recommend him to others BUT IN NO WAY WOULD WE EVER RECOMMEND SUNSET. Here are a few other reasons why: 1. Financing Department was a mess; assured us one rate at paperwork signing time; later to find out the terms and rate we were offered could not be finalized. WHAT? Needless to say my husband and I both have over 750 credit scores. Had to take down multiple documents (FIRST time we have ever had to do this) and go down to re-sign all paperwork (an additional 3 hours of our time. The finance guy (Andy), was extremely pushy when is came to selling all the "extras"; LIKE really PUSHY. Ended up getting us a better interest rate (why was this not offered initially; probably had some relationship with the previous band with he higher interest rate); BUT we got down their to re-sign and WHILE we were signing we were told our first payment date was pushed up when we had specifically asked for a certain amount of days. DID I MENTION, that no one EVER called us to tell us our paperwork and status of the loan; NOPE! We had to call and bug them on the status with most people have NO CLUE what was going on. 2. Upon purchase there was a visible scratch on our new car; we were promised it would be removed in detail before we left, "that is no problem it will come right out in detail"---NOPE! Had to schedule a time with their "paint guy" to get it done. FOUND OUT AFTER we had signed papers. 3. Jason the manager called to talk to us about our displeasure and was totally condescending and only cared about "the bottom line" as he shared with me multiple times. Refused to try and make us happy customers only made us more sick about our decision to purchase from Sunset. 4. We were told all the windows were tinted dark at closing of the deal (after car shopping the vehicles started to blend together); response we got is "of course, really dark it is the Midnight Edition; the darkest available by GMC on all 4 windows"---THEY were not all tinted. 5. Service department is a wreck. The work that was "owed" to us was not done on first try. We were promised a few things and it took them 3 ATTEMPTS to get it right with lots of back and forth between employees. Tonneau cover was not installed on initial first pick up, Tinted (front 2 windows) have QUARTER sized bubbles in the tint, the scratch was removed (thank goodness), and the detail which was promised to us because the lack of one done on our initial purpose was a FIGHT and somehow no one wrote dowm that it was owed to us. A COMPLETE DEBOCAL STAY AWAY! Sales manager at Sunset has an attitude that will prevent me from going back. We went to Sunset on Friday, 16 Sep 2016 with the idea that if they had the truck or could get the truck we wanted we were buying that day. I had been emailing and talking to Kris Lipp. He had stated that they could get me the truck I wanted "no problem" and I had stated to him on the phone that I had another dealer willing to give $10K off of the MSRP of a new truck. He said it should not be a problem. Good so far, Right? Wrong!! I get there and Kris is not available and he sends Jake out to talk to me. No problem with me. Jake seemed like a good guy and I can work with anyone, I thought. We sit down at his desk and he finds the right truck for me and I ask how much off the price and he says $6.5k which is of course less than Kris had told me. He then says he will go and talk to his sales manager (of course this is how all dealers work. I'm OK with that) I tell Jake that we are going out to look at some of the trucks you have on the lot. All is good until Toby, the sales manager shows up. This is where it all goes south. First off he walks up in shorts and a football jersey on. I am not used to dealing with a salesman dressed like this but I actually thought, cool, these guys are laid back. Then all hell breaks loose. I had a very specific configuration that I wanted but I don't think Toby wanted to hear that. He, of course, wanted to sell me one on the lot. I told him what Kris had said about finding me the truck I wanted "no problem" and $10k off shouldn't be a problem. That's where it got very uncomfortable. I wish that I had the writing expertise to describe the attitude he had towards me when I told him what Kris had told me. First it was "when did he tell you that?", with an attitude. I said an email a couple of days ago and a phone call yesterday. He said "well that was a couple of days ago". That was the first "red flag". I then told Toby that I had another dealer willing to give me $10k off any truck but that that dealer had a hard time with getting vehicles from some other dealers. Toby then told me "that dealer is lying to you", which I said "how do I know that you are not lying to me?" He said because we are the number one seller of trucks and how can he be lying to me if that was so? I then told Toby that I was going to walk away and go home and rethink all this. He then got, what I consider angry with me. How can you walk away when we give a 100% power train warranty? Who else is going to give you that? I said thanks for the info but I'm still leaving. He followed me all the way to my truck, basically accusing me of being stupid for walking away. I told him "I can be stupid if I want, it's my money". Which of course he didn't like. I got in my truck started it up and he stood outside my truck yelling something at me which I didn't understand because I blocked him out. Again I wish I could express how frustrating that whole process was for us. Sunset may be the number one seller of trucks around here but they won't get our business. I will spend more for a vehicle at another dealership that shows my wife and I the respect that we deserve then at a dealership that treats us with disrespect. read more

This is the second, and last car I'll buy at this dealership. I bought a BMW 328i and it was one of the worst experiences ever. First off, none of the cars have a price on them, so they can pretty much just make up a price. Secondly, their entire team will lie to you. Everyone from sales rep, to the finance guy, lied to me about something. First the sales manager said it would be 30 min to get into finance. 2 hours later I had to threaten to leave in order to get in. Then I was told that the car had been run through the shop, yet the coolant was practically empty. Either this is poor service, or they didn't service the car. Either way, it's a problem. When the car was "delivered" I was basically given the keys and sent on my way. I could go on, but I don't have the time or the energy to waste on this. I simply will say that this was the worst experience buying a car I've ever had, and I will not be back. If you shop here, proceed with caution. read more

Be prepared for every trick in the book buying a used car here. "Negotiable price" means higher than market value. "Yes we can fix that" means that later sorry no we can't. "People are coming this afternoon to see the car" means nobody else is really interested. Be prepared for EVERY trick. I'd never again look at a car here. Came in to talk prices on a truck we were interested in. The website didn't display any deals or prices. Our salesman was james, found us a perfect truck. Test drove it, and it was the one !! From the msrp and the deal we got, we couldn't have left any happier. We got an extended warrenty with a great deal from Scott. My fiancé and I went to Sunset Chevrolet because on the radio we herd that there is a life time warranty (Now keep in mind I am 21 and he is 22). So we showed up knowing that we wanted a truck. When we got out of our car we were met by a sales man that asked what we were after. We kindly told him we were looking for a truck and we were looking to buy within the month but were just looking today. Immediately he took us across the street to the USED trucks and cars before he even asked if we were looking for a new or used truck. We looked around for a few min and told him that none of them were what we were looking for. He asked us if we had talked about a price. (both of us are very lucky to have good jobs) we told him that price was not a obstacle for the right truck. As soon as we got back across the street to the newer trucks and cars he went and got a piece of paper that had the lifetime warranty on it. In the mean time we found a great truck that we really liked. As soon as he got back we told him that we loved this 2014 truck and asked him if he could wright down the info of it as well as the price and asked if there was any information that we needed to know. He told us that he cant because that is only for serious buyers who are buying soon. So I asked him for his card and he acted all confused and told me that it was on the warranty sheet he gave us. I looked down and it was not even his card it was someone else's. When he started to walk away when we were still looking at trucks we realized that it was not worth our time. When we drove off we looked up at him and he was talking to two sales men and was just staring at us like we just wasted his time even though the total time we were there was only about 15-20 min. I'm not sure if he was just having a bad day or it was because we are young, But that was just disrespectful. If he would have given us the price and told us the financing on the truck we would have bought today or at least come back to buy within the month. We have been working hard for our money and to anyone out there who is young and looking for a truck...DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME!! read more

This was the worst experience we've ever had when comes to trying to purchase a vehicle. Went in looking at new trucks when we decided used would be our best bet. Walked over to used lot to meet one guy who gave us a price for a truck and then wondered off and couldn't be found again. Nothing had prices on them. Finally another guy comes up Ricky "suave". Starts out nice, but in the end was down right rude and lost a sale due to his attitude. Told us " look I don't work hourly, I make my money off commission. So I'm only going to make like $200 off this sale. Come on I could really use this sale!" Then when he walked inside to get us a quote he shook his head as if we had made him mad! He was the epitome of a used car sales men. So needless to say we'll be taking our business elsewhere. Oh and he let us know too that he didn't like the color of our truck that we'd be trading in, all because we didn't like the color of a truck he had shown us. read more

My husband and I went to look for an SUV with 4WD, we originally went here to look at the Trax. We walked in, explained how much we wanted to pay for a car and what we wanted in a car. We went after work so it was getting late. We did get helped and we set down a good basis of what we wanted. They asked to come back the next day so we did - and we sat down with our salesman, and got everything approved - just had to find a car. We looked at the Trax, which ended up being too small for us, we looked at some other SUVS and ended up looking at their pre owned selection. They ended up finding us a 2014 Jeep Patriot with EVERYTHING we wanted. Lots of space, 4WD, good gas mileage and it was in excellent shape for being pre-owned. They really went the extra mile to get us into what we wanted and we will definitely be going back when its time for my husband to get a new car. Also, you can't beat the lifetime warranty on their cars. Completely worth it, in my opinion. read more

We purchased our Chevy truck from these folks several years ago. Based on the inconvenience factor, we are changing our servicing dealership to the one in Auburn. Last week we took the truck in for a simple air conditioning service. There are ZERO parking places for customers, whether for buying or servicing. This is an example of success gone bad! IF! you can get into the "parking" lot you reach a dead end, or run into cars being shuffled around so fast, you are bound to be hit. I say, IF, you can get into the parking lot. There are two entrances in. It seems like they are one lane wide. If there is a big truck sitting there, you are not getting in. If you go to the second and there is a big truck sitting there (which is usually the case), you are NOT getting in. If you miss the second one, plan to circle all around Sumner. My husband had to park the truck two blocks away and try to explain to them where they could find it! If you happen to get in, and want to get out, you'd better not want a left turn because it won't happen. There is a little known exit out the back, but you have to circle around and around. Really, these folks have outgrown their lot. I mentioned this to the service people and they all chimed in, "No kidding!" read more
