If I had one small suggestion, it would be to use a little less whipped cream so the banana pudding stands out even more. Other than that, it was delicious. Everything was awesome!! A lot of pancit came in that combo and I had no business eating it all in one sitting but I did. Again Super Fresh and not to the point where I was regretting eating a whole tray of pancit. If you have not tried this food truck definitely put it on your radar.
