Their hours, for right now, are Tuesday - Sunday 7AM through 3PM. Closed Monday. When I pulled up this morning at 6:50AM the front door was open and the griddle was hot. This is great for me because I need to be at work by 8AM. Regardless, my sausage egg and cheese sandwich was ready in about 3 minutes. I was running my mouth but still out the door in 5 minutes with a hot sandwich and a piping hot coffee. The coffee was good. The sandwich was better than expected. Why? 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, 2 cheese... What? $5.99 WHAT? They cooked to order and excluded salt but added extra black pepper, which is what I asked for. If you understand how important the egg/meat/cheese to bun/bread ratio is, then this is the place for you. The menu looks mouth watering and I can't wait to try all of what they offer.
