The director will do nothing to help I walked in on a teacher screaming at my kids and then she started to scream at my one-year-old daughter. The teachers here overworked have anger issues and do not care about the kids.. I made multiple police reports and the director covered it up by saying my child was autistic when the son was injured was not. My son was kicked in the face by a teacher. And instead of the director looking into it like she said she was going to she made excuses and lied to the that my child had mental disabilities and wasn't able to tell the truth. Do not bring your kids here.

No introduction as to her name, role, or still offering to do a tour as a prospective family interested in signing up for a future date. At that point my husband and I decided the first impression was enough for us to just walk out. Such a shame as we had a solid interest in learning more. Hopefully the owners see these reviews and perhaps provide some type of training to the personnel in charge of welcoming and touring prospective families. I'd also recommend advertising that when booking tours online if you aren't going to be welcoming of offer the information families are looking for. Don't waste your time if you're looking for a welcoming day care option!

So far very pleased with our 2-year old son's transition from an in-home daycare to La Petite! Miss Taylor, Mrs. Nora and Ms. Durdana are amazing!! I love the updates that are sent to parents throughout the day - knowing my son is so loved and cared for helps ease my heart while I'm at work. When we first started going, he would cry a lot during drop-off, so one of his teachers would always come up and help him adjust or get him involved in a fun activity or snack. I would watch on their TVs in the lobby how our son would go from tears to laughter in a matter of minutes. We're so grateful for the ways that the La Petite teachers have gone the extra mile for our son.

Someone told me "you know you found a great daycare when your child gets excited to see their teacher every day". From the moment we walk in Carly is all smiles for her teachers and we are so thankful for them!

I reported them to the state for child neglect and filed a police report with Chandler PD. I have still not received a refund. When we followed up on 4/25, we were told we have to continue to wait for the new franchise owner, Andrew Sheridan, or district leader, Kellie Rexrode, to follow up with us before a refund is issued. They put my infant in danger and are now putting me in a tough financial position. We'd been customers since 2022; I trusted them and am now absolutely heartbroken. I no longer have a choice and have to start going public.

My child was sent home with a poopy diaper and my premature son was underfed MULTIPLE days they were here. Both Tami(regional manager) and Krystal(Director) offered NO solution to the problems that I provided them with. Ive presented my concerns to the director (Krystal) and was "assured" that the children are "offered" water all throughout the day! I called BS to this because one of the nights my daughter woke up with a dry diaper meaning she drank close to NOTHING while being here for 9 hours. In the least bit- I KNOW a refund is owed to me in which Tami stated "I won't give a refund because your children were in my care" I can't say i recommend this facility to a SINGLE family. This is ridiculous- if you have your children here, please! Watch out and or shop for other accommodations. Update- they are actively trying to remove this honest and truthful review. PLEASE pay attention parents! Andrew- how about this last photo I'm adding. Where the teacher is sitting on the floor while my daughters water bottle lid is closed? How come it wasn't opened for her? Also- can't you reach out to me directly, as I have already tried communicating with your director and regional manager and nothing was resolved?

After I found Building Kidz online I decided to check it out and Ms. Krystal was my initial point of contact. Huge bonus! She was very warm, welcoming, polite, and thorough. She gave us a tour of the facility and answered all of my many questions. She made me feel a sense of calm and comfort so we gave it a shot. I'm happy we did. My baby loves going there. Fast forward a bit because I must mention the love the classroom teachers have for the kids. Ms. Olympia is an absolute gem! I love that she loves my baby; you can feel that she genuinely cares- that played a huge role in our stay at BKGilbert. My son is no longer in her class but when they see each other they both light up and that warms my heart. He seems to be doing well in his new class too. The teachers keep me updated throughout the day with pictures, videos, and constant communication. The way she communicates, it's almost as if I'm right there with him the whole day. I can't express how much of a relief it is to be in the know and not have to worry or wonder. If you are looking or on the fence, I would highly suggest giving them a shot. Contact Ms. Krystal and see for yourself.

This is NOT a good daycare. I have worked in childcare since 2016, and I worked here for 2 years. I…read morewitnessed the most disrespectful and abusive behavior towards not only staff but the children as well. I have been face to face and verbally told negative things about several parents and children coming from management and teachers. They put on a fake face for every parent that walks through the door, no matter how good their relationship to the daycare was. The children and myself were treated terrible by several teachers there and when I notified management nothing was done. My 2 year old niece, who used to attended, was being kissed on the lips by the 2 year old lead teacher, in balloon room. It was reported several times to each and every management member. The teacher was allegedly told not to do it, but it continued. My niece kept coming home with bruises in the same place, her rib cage. When her mom asked the 2s room lead teacher she couldn't even get her story straight. She claimed it was big legos, each time, but her bruises were small (a thumb sized circle bruise) and always in the same place. This happened about 3 times. Her mom or I were not notified of all her bites, bruises, or scratches. Management was notified about every incident, and their response was "we have never had a problem with this teacher", which was the same thing I, and several other staff and parents were told. The 2 rooms teacher has pulled children by their hair, clothing, and aggressively by their arms/wrists. The now 1s room teacher has called children, and their parents, abusive language names. She has also thrown big bean bags on a baby to drown out their crying. There is a floater there who is extremely condescending, and aggressive. There was an investigation with AJPD on this center, and disturbingly no charges were pressed. Management there is not true management. They disregard every incident, and do not enforce any true behavior rules on the teachers. They do not send children home sick right away, I had to tell them multiple times that a child was over the 101.1 limit, and they thought it was due to me "not cleaning my room" (WHICH I ALWAYS DID) but in reality it was due to them not sending home contagious children who were sick. The entire school has several violations to state regulations. The infant playground was unusable, and the toddler playground had multiple sharp pieces and unsafe playground equipment. They are extremely insensitive and uncaring. When asked to pick up my niece for her and I's grandfather's funeral I was sent a very long and disgusting message saying no, because I dropped her off 1 morning after leaving the center. How immature for an older lady. I am on her sign out card and emergency contact card, there was absolutely no temp/perm. injunction. So I was legally allowed, but refused to go because I knew they would start a huge ordeal. Everything written in this review is TRUE, and I do hope that you really take this and other 1 star reviews into consideration before enrolling or applying for a job at this center.

When our little guy started daycare, he was initially very overwhelmed. Assistant Director Ms. Lydia and teachers Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Jacquie worked SO hard to help him (and us) adjust and to build his comfort-level and confidence. They, along with Director Ms. Audrey, clearly care so much about the kids. Now he LOVES school. When we say "let's go to school" in the morning, he RUNS with excitement to the door, because he can't wait to go play, explore and learn. Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Jacquie run a warm, welcoming and fun classroom. They are the best! We are in awe of their lesson plans, which give the kids so much enrichment and so many fun learning opportunities. Even as a certified germaphobe with high anxiety, I feel so comfortable leaving my baby with the ChildTime Gilbert team. The facility is always very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is extremely safety-conscious, professional, responsible, and communicative. I also LOVE that we parents can always see live camera feeds of the classroom and that we get regular updates throughout the day from the teachers on the SproutAbout app: what and how much they ate, when their last diaper change was, how long they napped, and fun videos/photos of their activities. The latter is always one of the highlights of my day!

The cost was high in comparison to others. He started in the 3s room and transitioned to the 4 where his teacher (Tanya) was extremely rude and had no patience. And cried every morning at drop off. Then he started coming home saying "ms tanya says she doesn't love me". Now I'm not sure this is a shared experience with this teacher but I couldn't no longer send my child there in good conscience. The past director did a great job of keeping up with what changes needed to take place in order to create healthy learning and development of our little one and class rooms. Over the last year we have noticed a dip in operations and leadership. My little one started to constantly told us she did not want to go to school. We started to take more details as to why our little one felt this way and deliver communication with leads/teachers on the challenges. Given they have had lots of transition operationally wanted to partner on a solution. However, no actions were taken. Leaders were not great with communication and partnership on creating development plans with my child. The teachers were all very honest and expressed they can only due so much given high classroom counts and being short staffed consistently. Several teachers also expressed have difficulty with several kids in the high classroom numbers and not getting leadership support. Then creating a lack of positive culture and environment. That piece is important to us as parents. Very high teacher turnover the last year, we experienced a lack of consistency for the class room changes along with no communication on changes to us parents. Ie. If a teacher was no longer working at the center for our classroom we were not notified. This can be challenging for little ones without consistency and consistency rotating different teachers within the same day. We also have had issues with the office over charging payments. We did have to sit down and explain and breakdown payments to the leads in order for it to get corrected. It is unfortunate experience I believe the classroom structure from 3 years and up can uses some additional training and education. Leadership best practices can be critique to provide action planning. Example: listening to all sides including: parents and teachers feedback to create healthier environments for the children to thrive. This would be my biggest recommendation. In addition, training, support and education to the new operations leaders/teachers in order to create action plans to support healthy changes for children in our community is key to successful development.
