Brian The HotTubMan is amazing! My older model hot tub had been out of commission for years and he…read moremade it like new. Cracked wet ends, dead pump and control panel. He helped me assess whether it was more cost effective to repair or replace. He came out, fixed everything up and the total came in below estimate! His troubleshooting is incredible. When a later problem with the lights watchdogged the control board he diagnosed the problem to a single fuse over the phone. He sold me the fuse and showed me where to install it. The whole problem was found and fixed in the same day. Brian is smart, efficient and dependable. I highly recommend The HotTubMan!

We fought daily/ weekly / monthly with that company for answers as to when our dream pool would be complete! We got no answers, or lies when we actually did speak with a person! It has been an absolute nightmare! Months lost, time and energy spent! Finally we had had enough, we contacted an attorney and looked into another pool company to come and finish our pool! We were given Patriot Pools ( Patrick) information along with several other companies from our bank. Patrick came out immediately and assessed our situation and came up with a plan. He is honest and extremely easy to work with ! All our questions were answered immediately. We signed with Patrick /Patriot Pools and within 2 weeks our pool was complete and filled with water! We are beyond grateful to Patriot Pools for not only taking on this project, but also for the countless hours he spent speaking with my family and providing help and direction. I wish we would have chosen Patriot Pools from the start, our experience would have been completely different! He has single handedly restored our faith in pool company's! He has been an absolute pleasure to work with! We highly recommend him and his company for any and all your pool needs!!! Thank you ! Thank you! Thank you!! Wish we could give 100 Extremely grateful customers, The Boehmer and Burnham families!

I don't think I've ever seen a landscaping crew (or a contractor of any kind for that matter) do as…read morethorough and diligent job as these guys did. We hired them to put in a fieldstone wall and build up our front landscaping, after the Snowmageddon blizzard destroyed all our existing plants. We also had them installing 6 yards of mulch in our backyard, which is about 1/2 reclaimed scrub forest and thus full of roots, broadleaf weeds, and other weird plants that just won't go away. First, the front - these guys put in a solid day just prepping the site of the wall - leveling the ground, digging below grade and putting in sand, rerouting our gutter downspouts, and so on. Then another (hot!) day building the wall and adding the fill (good topsoil, too) and yet another day doing the mulch and planting the new (and hopefully more snow resistant) plants. They also salvaged the surviving plants and replanted them in good locales in the back yard - a nice touch. Speaking of the mulch; they went through the entire area and, using a hoe, took out all the weeds and other undesirable plants. They also evened up the edges of the yard where the grass and mulch meet. They left the site clean and tidy, to boot. Five star service all the way!

The results were great and well beyond our expectations!
