Like everyone else during COVID, we decided to get an in-ground pool. So, we waited with everyone else to have the permit approved and waited for excavation and the pool build. However, once it all began, Sunrise was on top of everything! The two girls in the office run the show like a well-oiled machine. Their sub-contractors were always here when promised and did excellent work. The communication was outstanding! I never waited more than 10 minutes to get a reply to an email. We didn't compare prices to other pool companies so I don't know if they are higher or lower than others. But if they are higher, you get what you pay for! Sunrise just completed our pool and it exceeded all expectations. We had a pretty complicated design with a vanishing edge and some custom stonework, but they handled everything beautifully.
