I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this facility. I was greeted by the most friendly reception Diana Rodriguez. She gave me her undivided attention and made me feel like I had entered her home. I filled out a long sheet of information. More than I had ever filled out in any Medical office. I felt they really had my interest in mind. The place is immaculate. The office manager Nancy Rios has the place operating like the places I remembered in New York in the olden days- organized and up to date. If you call they are never too busy to attend to your every need.. It is like being in another Century, I am still in awe after receiving five sessions. The owner, Linda Watts is so professional and engaged at the same time with her staff and clients. She is an amazing woman and has established a facility unlike no other I have ever seen. Her staff is top notch. My therapist is one of a kind- literally-- Linda Watts- Silva is the best therapist I have ever encountered in my entire life. I have a life threatening condition, for which there is no cure- just ways of managing it. I have a condition called Lymphedema. I have it in the lower extremity. I was about to throw in the towel until I found Linda and this fantastic Sunrise Physical Therapy facility. I live in Santa Barbara and do not have a car. Difficult to believe, however there is no one who treats this in Santa Barbara. I tried the two therapists in Goleta and they were totally inadequate for various reasons. Linda is kind and compassionate and has a great sense of humor- which makes my therapy sessions so pleasant ,where the other therapy sessions were sheer torture in comparison what a shame that was. And risk for my health. I lost many months of valuable time. I couldn't even continue those sessions That has made me appreciate Linda and this place so much more. The comparisons are beyond explanations. Linda is fabulous therapist. She not only is brilliant in her skills -she is gentile and able to listen to the needs of her clients. She is the way a therapist should and needs to be. I wish we could have a Linda her in every city in the World. I adore her and will miss her when my sessions are over. I do not have a car and provisions were made for me to go there. The assistants were marvelous as well- as caring and attentive and while learning they never forgot my needs: Bret Maddux and Nancy Rice and Joey Sabrada are so dear to me.
I knew the moment I stepped in the door I was home when I saw the sign on the wall
It read:
ATTITUED IS EVERYTHING-----. And it is ----and this pace exudes positive, kind caring attitude in all they do for their clients.
Then I saw art work all over and was astonished It was one
of my favorite artists. A woman named Kelly Rae Roberts, who was formerly a Clinical Social Worker , counseling broken hearts . She took her former training and turned it into the most compassionate, healing art work. She is called a POSSIBILITARIAN, She believes in healing and faith and hope and doing the impossible.
I came there with a broken heart and thought it was impossible to find any one to help me .
I believe I came to Sunrise Physical Therapy when I had lost hope I felt this this awful disease had defeated me and voila here they were willing and ale to do their very best to help me' Attitude and caring was mine for the taking.
I hope if you are in need you will go there and have the same POSITIVE experience I have had.
