Our first time skiing at Sunrise was great, even though there were only a few runs open. When we went they had just got some fresh snow that week so there was some powder and it was way better than how Snowbowl is right now. They had about 3 green Trails open and 1 blue trail open (it felt more like a black to me, but apparently they call it a double blue- No name). The ticket prices are very reasonable and last I checked they are a consistent price and don't change. The quality of the rentals here were also GREAT. They use an awesome brand Rossignol. The boots felt nice and comfy, good quality, and so were the skis and poles. We did a 2 day rental which made everything easier, we got to use our same equipment both days. They have a few restaurants at Sunrise which is very cool, we only got to try the one at the base though. They don't have many healthy food options though, but the food was good. They have a variety of burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, fries and such. It definitely was super busy on a Saturday compared to a Friday, but we had a good time! They also have these cards for the ski lift where an employee doesn't have to personally scan you every time which made things much more easy and convenient.

Went up with the kids over the Labor Day weekend. The weekend goals were fishing, disc golf at the resort and then ride the new coaster. We had never been here so we didn't know what to expect. For the disc golf we had a nice ride up the ski lift and went on to play the disc course. That's when things went south. The course starts ok but then maybe five holes in it devolves into fruitlessly searching for pads and baskets. Where eventually we gave up and walked the rest of the way downhill dodging mountain bikes in the process. We could only find maybe nine holes. And then it got worse when we looked at the line for the coaster which we bought 3 ride tickets totaling over 100 dollars for the three of us. The line looked to be at least a 2 and a half hours. After some arguing we decided to just leave even with the knowledge they offer no refunds but rain checks. We weren't coming back. The ticketing experience leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased my tickets online but they still require you to wait in a long line to get your wristbands. It defeats the purpose of the convenience of buying online. Dining options are also what I would say is very limited. I wonder where the money goes they are making. Enough of it isn't going into the resort. They oversold the coaster tickets. They never finished the disc golf course. They have no real dining options and their no refund policy makes all the more feeling like a rip off.

Went back in 2023 while in Phoneix area for work. I am from Michigan and ski, but the mountains out east are not great and I grew up on groomed paths that tended to be icy so that is unfortunately my comfort zone. My friend and I went to go to the Snowbowl, but due to a snow storm all the roads to sunrise were closed and we where halfway out to Sunrise. There were a lot of trails and overall it wasn't too busy. That being said not many were groomed and there weren't many beginner friendly options. My friend wasn't as good so it made it kind of difficult, however, throughout the day I definitely was able to find favorites and navigate the park sticking to mainly greens and blues.

An amazing park that is operated so well. The snow is gorgeous, all around of the facilities are clean and organized, and all of the activities and concessions are affordable. We had three wonderful days of tubing, skiing, and snowshoeing. The lifts are awesome, and the runs are well groomed. So much fun!!!

The Sunrise coaster is so fun! Sunrise offered buy 2 get 1 so we rode it 6 times total! The last ride we did tandem & flew down the coaster. Highly recommend tandem for more speed!! Fyi, secure your hats etc. My hat flew off when we rode tandem & I barely snagged it. Sunrise did a great job w this coaster!!

Third time here. We came for the summer adventure pass but have also been here to snowboard. Every time the staff is what makes our experience great. Thank you to birdy and rose during our zip line adventure, a crazy (good) zip line! Definitely will be back to get snowboarding lessons from birdy! Also a big thank you to the guys at the coaster! You all helped us have a great time today! Also honorable mention to Neo, all three rules we ran into him and he remembered us! Neo is awesome!

This was my first time ever skiing or doing any sort of winter sport so my review may be bias. I had a wonderful time. The lifts were quick. The employees were friendly and helpful. The first aid dudes were helpful and attentive. (We didn't need them but saw him along his way) I want to go back already, and have my daughter take lessons so I can just go down with my husband. There was a bus that picked us up from our car and took us back! Not that it was very far. But it was still helpful. And there was a rock wall and zip line. Fun stuff.

This is my first time here & I won't be back. This place is so unorganized it's unreal. Save your money & go somewhere else. Waiting in 45 minute lines for a day pass you already purchased online is insane. Then another hour in the rental line. All this on a Tuesday, unreal. Honestly if I would've known it was this unorganized I would've went somewhere else. Quick update: I arrived at 8:45 (park opens at 9) it is now 10:30 & I have been in lines since I arrived. I am still in line to get my rental equipment.

Went skiing for the first time and had lessons with Cory. If y'all see me and my bestie in the skiing Olympics don't be shocked. My other friend had snowboarding lessons with DJ. She's literally the next Shawn White now. Jason was also amazing and so helpful. The staff made my first time ski experience so amazing I would highly recommend to anybody.
Even though I first learned how to ski over in Flagstaff, I spent many years here at Sunrise during my college years. The drive from Phoenix is just over 3 hours. I picked up most of my skills here at Sunrise in those early days. It is also the place that I first learned how to snowboard. Lately, I have been skiing in resorts outside of Arizona and haven't been making my way over here as much. I had never tried night skiing and recently made a drive up here one weekend. I ended up staying over in Pinetop. Sunrise Park Resort allows you to ski or board from 4:30 to 8pm on certain evenings. It is a separate ticket price and you can add it on to your day pass if you want to do a full day. I really enjoyed skiing under the stars. The only bummer is that they only have a few runs open for it. Sunrise Park Resort is located near Greer, AZ. It is owned and operated by the White Mountain Apache Tribe. Sunrise has 67 trails across three mountains. They rent out ski gear, offer lessons and even have skibobbing. Sunrise is usually only open for about four to five months during the winter season. There are a number of places to eat at if you want to grab a bite while here. Sunrise Park Resort has mountain biking and other activities during the summer months. The parking lot isn't the greatest on snowy days, but is spacious. The closest towns with hotels to stay in are Show Low, Pinetop, Greer, Eagar, and Springerville. There are some companies in the Phoenix area that offer travel deals for transportation and lodging. read more

Alpine coaster not opened year round. And no one answers phone. No one at resort desk. Road closed to coaster. March
I feel like I need to write this review and give them a solid 4 stars as a lot of people on here really trashing the resort. I've been skiing for over 15 years, and this is a pretty solid ski resort. It's not going to be like Park City or Telluride or elsewhere, but honestly, where in AZ are you gonna find skiing that's a couple of hours drive from the Valley? Also, their daily lift prices are very reasonable if you don't want to be locked into all these seasonal passes. I found them to be a really good deal! Now, if you fly in, then yea, maybe you might be disappointed. It's still fairly early in the ski season, so only 3 lifts were open, and 8-14 trails open when I came here. But, during the week between Xmas and New Years, they have night ski, and that's mainly why I came, so I could finally experience this, and it was such an awesome experience. The lift price is so reasonable and from 4-8pm, there are fewer people and you have the mountain to yourself. The runs are very well lit, so it is not even necessary to carry your own light. Things that will make your experience so much better: - I bought my night pass and next day pass all together and avoided the line for the next day. I did see the line to get lift tickets was very long from 9am until 2-3pm. I think that's why there are so many bad reviews here because those lines were pretty ridiculous. - This place was insanely crowded on Dec 29th (Fri) when I came and there were long lines for food. I beat the line and got a beer at 11am as I had already been skiing for two hours and needed a break. Also, bring your own snacks if you can. At 11am on Fri and a holiday week, they were out of fries. I was thinking, this is going to be a crisis! I had snacks packed, so when I finished my beer (you can't bring in any outside food or drinks to the saloon pub), I went out onto the sunny patio and ate my snacks. - Get here early, by 9am, the lot was close to full. Get your lift tickets early and then just get right in line for the lifts. The later the day gets, the more people. After 12:30pm, the lines were pretty long! I recommend coming on a weekday or when night ski is available, way less people! Some things they could improve on: -The parking lot is one sloshy, muddy disaster. Wish they could either plow it or do something so the lot isn't so messy when the snow starts to melt. Also, there are quite a few potholes in the lot and the road coming into the resort could use some work, there was an icy stretch, and they could really salt that or just blow it. -They could do a bit better job at training their staff as each time I asked lift attendants about trails and lifts, they couldn't answer my questions. Overall, I had a great experience and got to ski for 1.5 days and enjoyed it! I'll be back again to ski and will plan when less people are here. - read more

I hate seeing reviews that trash a great place to ski. Perhaps folks need to manage their expectations! Especially those who have difficulty using a computer. I had no problem buying my lift tickets online and reserving rental equipment. My son and I go on a weekday to avoid crowds. There are a lot of choises for beginner to intermediate skiers. The chair lifts are long, therefore the ski runs are also long. Not everything is up to date, but then agian, I'm not paying $100 for a lift ticket. This resort tops the Snowbowl in Flagstaff. I have never had a bad ski experience here. read more

This place is the worst run ski area in America. Don't waste your time or money. They haven't made an improvement in 25 years. Run down and inconvenient. Just try buying tickets online. I have had a season pass here for 20 years, so they should know my identification. I have tried to buy single day lift tickets for the past month. The ticketing site states it can't identify me. Okay. So I have sent numerous emails asking what I need to do to buy tickets online. Nothing, No response. I called for assistance and I was sent to the motel. Apparently the motel is as clueless on ticket sales as the mountain. Go to AZ Snowbowl and suffer long lines there. At least you know the lifts are serviced. read more

Me and my family went to this ski park for 3 days, the staff is horrible from 1 guy in the rentals and younger employees in the snow tubbing. They were rude and did not do or know how to do their job.We had asked when snow tubbing would be available said next day at 9 , so at 9 we called and they said next available is 11. We arrived for the 11 one and they said they don't know when it would be available possibly 1pm?? We had to drive 30 mins back to our cabin 30 mins go by we called again and they said they have been doing it all morning and next available is 2pm. We arrive at 2pm and bought tickets. When it was our turn it was not worth 30 per person more like 15. Not what advertised at all. Honestly whole place is overpriced!! The roller coaster wasn't even working? Why advertise that it would be on on the website?? read more

An awesome place to visit in summer! My family and I were staying in Pinetop-Lakeside and took the short drive over to the resort to check out their summertime activities. What a highlight! We had a blast on the alpine coaster, and my 11-yr-old son also enjoyed ziplining and the tube slide. It made me a hit with him! The cafe serves a variety of yummy food and the staff are the FRIENDLIEST I have ever met at any ski resort. Highly recommend adding this to your summer fun list if you are in eastern AZ. read more

Overpriced the only person that was helpful was the person trying to explain the ticketing system they're lazy. My tiny granddaughter had a hard time carrying her tire and the guy just sat on his rear end. The restaurant is very overpriced and they're not very nice, rude and if a Native American walks in they get immediate service. Our burger took over 1/2hr then when I inquired they got even ruder saying they go in order, which is baloney. When it came the girl literally tossed it on that table to us. The burger was burnt and the fries were stale. I am going to be blatant, but if you're not Native, you're treated like crap. so be cautious before you come here. read more
I would say this is a good resort for Arizona. I would not travel from out of state to this resort. I used to love coming here years ago but I believe the prices have gone up alot. It was almost $100 for a day of skiing. The bad: The lines were long to get your RFID pass for the first time. I hope that for the future, it's automatically loaded onto your card when you purchase it online and you don't have to wait again. The only place to get hot food was at the main lodge at the bottom where the rentals are. The food was ok but think barfood (slice of pizza, cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, grilled cheese). The line was so ridiculous though that I will always bring my own lunch in the future. Bring a mini cooler and leave it in your car. Tiny lockers were $8 I think and bigger ones were $12. The $12 one fit my boot backpack and shoes, so it's not super big. The runs were icy, but it's AZ. It was so warm, I had to remove all my layers except ski jacket and ski pants at 38 degrees. I recommend getting here by 8:30am for parking and coming midweek if you can. It was packed this Saturday (although it was also a holiday weekend) and I spent a long time in the lift lines. read more

I love having a ski resort that is an easy 4 hour drive from Tucson. This resort however has a lot to improve. This was my first time there and I was surprised how disorganized everything was. Parking - There should be someone directing at the lot bc there were a lot of wasted spaces. Parking lot got full soon after the opening but there could have let in more cars if everyone parked neatly. Ticketing - There was only one kiosk machine on cyclone side where I was told to go instead of the main side. Thankfully I got there early so I didn't wait that long but later in the day there was a looooong line Rental- I waited in the line for about an hour only to be told that all the boards were out. I knew I could rent ahead of time but I didn't coz there was no option to pay for the board only ( I have snowboard boots) . You probably (not sure) won't have this issue if you book online ahead of time. I would also recommend you rent ski/board before you get to the mountain. There are a few options in Showlow/Pinetop Cafe- My bf was waiting for me while I went to get the rental. It was already one hour or more after they opened but the cafe wasn't ready with the register. They had no wifi and werent able to process anything - it was fixed later though. Shuttle - I really think shuttle between two area should be bigger. It's way too small to ride with the ski/board inside Overall, I just felt as if this is their first year they opened the resort which is not the fact. People were nice though. I think they are trying their best but there are definitely some room for improvement. If they keep working to get better, I am sure this place will be awesome! It's a beautiful place with good amout of runs. read more

Sunrise continues to prove itself at the most poorly ran resort in the country. The native Americans don't care what so ever about there customers. Horrible service, poorly plowed roads, and worst ticket process out there. It's truly sad.. they genuinely have potential to be so much better. But the tribe is holding everything back. read more

Absolutely not. Would be negative stars if k could rate it that. If you want the workers to verbally abuse you while you wait 2 hours to get a ticket that was already paid for and still being sent another 3 hour line to repurchase tickets without reimbursement , then you should definitely come here. The absolutely worst resort I've ever been to no wonder I always choose Snow-bowl over this place and every other resort that isn't Sunrise. They have 2 people working on a "busy" Saturday while there's other workers walking around with their head up their you know what, and doing absolutely nothing but screaming at you. (Wish I got the workers name) Terrible service, terrible workers, terrible runs, broken lifts, terrible time. Only good thing I got out this was the $9 12 fl oz twisted tea. read more
This was an okay ski-resort of all we have been. Last time it was summer and they had summer activities with TRAM functional too and this time it was winter but no snow at all. So don't have experience with the peak time snow resort but during these 2 visits, we feel it is just okay ski-resort. Not the very top-of-class facilities. Also, it is small compared to the one you would go to in Colorado. Not many food options inside and ticket prices are not very cheap too. read more

I have been here many times and I love it. For me, this place is so much less crowded than Snowbowl so you get right on the lift every time. There are also better runs than Snowbowl in my opinion - lots of fun, snaking blue runs that take some time to get to the bottom. This year there was very little snow and while it said there was only 7 runs out of about 60 open, it was still lots of fun. The downside of this resort is that the signs need to be updated as many of the colors are all falling off the signs when you are up on the mountain and if you are a beginner, that really needs to be clear and readable. Overall, I have always loved coming here and look forward to continuing in the future. I have been all over the country skiing since I was a kid and for Arizona, this is the best you can get. Well worth the drive! read more

2024 Labor Day Saturday and my family and I just spent two hours waiting to ride their new Alpine coaster. By the time we got to the front of the line, those in the back would be waiting for three hours. Because we paid for two rides each, we would have to wait another three hours to ride again. When I asked about a rain check for the remaining rides, the GM said there would be plenty of time to wait in line and ride again before end of the day. That struck me as a bit burdensome and inflexible. My suggestion would be to allow a person to pre-purchase activity tickets (Alpine coaster, zip line, mountain biking) and load them onto their Sunrise card for use anytime during the season. At least then the pre-purchased activities could be used another time in the event of long wait times or severe weather. Follow up to this post: We were told a rain check for unused rides would be issued at the end of the day. But who really wants to wait until the end of the day to get a rain check and get in another line with all others wanting a rain check? Please, Sunrise General Manager, implement some common sense changes to make for a better visitor experience. read more

Didn't go to ski, we took our SXS to ride in the area in August for 3 nights. At check-in were told there was no internet, so no room keys, restaurants were closed because no registers. Hard to get a cell signal to use phone as a hot spot for laptop. My husband had to drive to Greer to check in on his business laptop. Every time we came back to the room we had to have someone unlock our door for us. Room had no fridge/coffeemaker/microwave, but you could rent a microwave for $10. WTF? 'Breakfast' was tiny bagels to toast, or pre packaged Danish, cereals, yogurt..again, no restaurant. Stayed Wed and Thur nights, came home a day early and forfeited our 3rd night as we were just over the inconvenience and the weather turned bad. The remodel is a work in progress, still pretty shabby looking except for the room interiors. Highlight of our stay was when a chipmunk came in under the screen door, checked out the room and went out the way he came in. read more

Hello, I don't normally submit reviews, but after my last experience with my two boys at Sunrise, I don't know if I can go back. Keep in mind I have been skiing at that resort since 1982 when I was in High School. I have a cabin not too far from the resort so it only made since to ski at Sunrise. 1. I stood in line for an 1.5 hours to get a lift ticket for my family. 2. I have been skiing at the resort for 40 years. This Day - Thursday December 29th 2022 A day in which I have never seen so many folks at that resort. A part of me was happy to see the mountain flurish in this time in history, but the disorganized/slow processes made it (PAINFUL) 3. Doing anything at the resort you would stand in lines - the lines were poorly organized. this goes for getting a beer or getting on to the lift, but once you are there, you don't have many options. 4. The cost- Although the price was not over the top - standing in a lift line for over 45 minutes so I could ski with my youngest as he didn't want to go to the top of the mountain. (Brutal) I love to ski, but this was a day I wish I would have slept in!!!): read more

Don't get me wrong Sunrise is a nice place to snowboard, but my experience with customer service is poor. A week prior I had email if changing lift ticket dates were possible and was responded to "yes, we can do that over here in guest services." I quickly responded "If I was set for Sunday?" and was waiting for a response within 48 hours. Well 48 hours went by and no response, so I tried to contact them through their new phone line... no one picked up. So it is now the day I accidentally purchased for, and I called Guest and Services again and was told they couldn't, despite the misinformation I received and lack of response to the days prior. I would have made the 4 hour journey if I knew beforehand they did not allow lift dates to be changed, but the misinformation convinced me otherwise.... read more

We go a couple times a year to this ski park. Been taking the kids here since they were 5. When all is open I feel like there are longer runs than snowbowl. I like Pinetop over Flagstaff so this is why I go here more. The prices are fair and the food is basic. No matter what we have a great time. The new card/lift ticket seems a little problematic compared to the traditional paper ticket. You cant blame them for trying to go modern so hopefully the bugs will be worked next season. read more

Great time snowboarding with my son. We are beginners and spent all our time on the small hill. I saw lots of reviews from 2022 about long waits and slow staff. We came in skeptical and had great experience. Everyone was nice in the equipment rental area and only waited maybe 15 min to get our day passes. Only our 2nd place to every snowboard but we would come back. We didn't try any food or anything. read more

Had a great day. A bit overpriced in some areas but really liked the overall experience . One adventure that's absolutely overpriced is the zip line and it only got worse when 2 hours after we paid they canceled our trip due to weather. Love the focus on safety but their weather policy was never properly communicated and or posted. So after we pay $100 for 2 people we were told that no refund would be given, but instead a "rain check" that would have to be used less than 3 months from today!!!!! Absolutely outrageous. Probably will sour me on ever coming back as I don't see a chance of us all making it back in next 3 months. Leaving with a very bad taste. One other piece of feedback remains that the new alpine coaster is really fun, but your run can get really spoiled if the person in front of you rides the breaks. Might need to refine that 80ft separation rule and stagger runs a bit more. read more
This is my third time coming. Unfortunately, it's never worked out for me to come in the winter to ski. It's always been for summer activities. Prior to Covid they had a few more activities opened, like the high base jumps. Everyone here is going out of their way to greet you, help you find where you want to be and explain anything. This year they have the zip line, which is only one long line. If you are heavy you can get up to about 60 mph. The rest of us go about 45 mph. The staff was lots of fun, friendly, professional, and safety conscious. They have mountain biking opened. You can rent a bike or bring your own bike. This looked like a lot of fun. But a little pricey. We also went tubing. It's about $35 per adult. $30 for child. They offer a 20% military discount on this activity. Which was very generous. They consider a child to be anyone under the age of 18! Nice! They also have rock walls open for $15 an adult. I think $10 for child. Everything except for Ziplining, is an all day ticket. That is where you get your money's worth. The bathrooms are in the main ski lodge on the first floor. The cafeteria is upstairs and pretty empty. So you won't be waiting in line. They have "Indian tacos". My husband's favorite. As well as hotdogs and hamburgers. read more

Overall we had a good experience but not necessarily because of the park. I'm giving them two stars because we made a reservation for snowboarding lessons. When we made the reservation we were told we could add up to 4 more people the day of to the lesson for an addition fee. That worked great for our party. WELL. When we got there they said they changed their policy 4 days prior and no longer add additional people to a private lesson. So 4 of us couldn't get the lesson we needed. So ridiculous. Most of the staff is anything but helpful and borderline rude. I had a great time regardless but don't bother booking lessons if you can avoid it. They tell you one thing and then change their policy and don't honor what you originally booked. read more

It really is unbelievable how slow the service is. Showing up on site to get a ticket it's guaranteed to wait 2 hours for a pass. Even if you buy online prior and need to just pick up the scan card it's a minimum hour wait. Incredibly disappointing to the point where you spend more time waiting in line than actually snowboarding. If you manage to last and get your card, the runs are pretty good and some what groomed which really is the only reason it's a two star. read more
I personally loved skiing at Sunrise for the first time. We visited after the huge late February 2019 snowstorm so there was tons of powder, yet the slopes were practically empty and we felt like we had the chairs and mountain to ourselves. Not to mention, the panoramic views of the Springerville Volcanic Field in the distance were amazing. What else can you possibly need at a ski resort? To add to it, I felt like the black diamonds were slightly difficult and being a lifelong skier that's something I don't experience too often. It could have been due to the fact that I'm used to ice and the steeper blacks weren't groomed, plus the elevation (10,000+ feet) made it challenging and a better workout. Loved it! As for the facilities, they do need an update. The lodge is cool but it seemed like they didn't have much staff. The first thing you see upon walking in to the cafeteria is a huge sign that says NO REFILLS and I can't help but feel that it's pretty stingy to not offer refills to skiers who paid $75 each for a ticket plus double what a fountain soda would normally cost. The food was good though - soup was salty and filling, and perfect for a midday snack. The parking situation is good as well, practically ski in/ski out on less busy days. It was super easy to run back and drop off extra layers in the car between runs. If you love skiing and don't want to travel too far you should absolutely come here. The mountains are beautiful and we had a blast on all the trails, easy to hard. If you're looking for that fancy 'resort' experience, on the other hand, you might need to head to Colorado. read more

Sunrise has better runs and is less crowded than Snowbowl. The hotel lodge is a little old but is charming and provides free shuttle to the ski resort. We enjoyed the mountain but had a really bad experience with the ski school. We signed up for private snowboard lessons because my son is not a confident child when it comes to sports and we thought a private lesson would be less pressure than trying to keep up with a group class. We thought we could receive specialized instruction and learn at our own pace. Our instructor Jacob became irritated with my son because he wasn't picking it up. I watched Jacob watch my son fall continuously and didn't step in to help him. He would give verbal instructions, but sometimes it's hard to turn words into actions when you're learning for the first time, and more so for a child. Not everyone learns at the same rate. As my son worked his way down on his own Jacob tells me my son is not listening to him and that he has the right to drop him from the lesson if he doesn't listen. My son was not talking back, not throwing a tantrum ... the worst he did was complain that he couldn't get it and he was hurting from falling so much. Not getting it is not the same as not listening. Jacob threatening to kick my son out was completely inappropriate. I watched another instructor with a group of about 15 people receive more personal attention than what we received from Jacob. My son became so discouraged and intimidated by Jacob, that he refused to finish the lesson and sat out the last hour. Next day I filed a complaint, describing everything in more detail than above, and stated that Jacob should be retrained as an instructor, because my child was traumatized by the experience. I have to give credit to the ski school director because he was sympathetic and helped smooth out the situation and redeem Sunrise by offering to refund both our lessons. I was impressed with the director but didn't want to take advantage of the situation so I accepted the refund for my son's lesson only and a free lesson for the next time we return. We will return and will try another lesson. I hope there will be difference for the better. read more

We are regulars of Sunrise, But we will not be coming back to stay at the hotel, due to your workers there.. They are so rude!! Especially the front desk lady, I think her name is Twilla. She is VERY rude and obnoxious! She's always walking g around and not doing nothing and when asked has an attitude. She also keeps flirting with guests husbands and coworkers. We won't be coming back and will let our friends know not to go until she is gone! Thank you! read more

Don't buy your lift passes online. Arrived late to the mountain with my kids. No refunds on the full day for half day arrival. The customer service messaging was horrible basically saying it's my fault for arriving late. Then they rubbed it in my face that everyone says they want come back but the mountain is still full by some miracle. I actually laughed out loud - and said thanks for pointing out your monopoly position requires no customer service. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE. Few things me and my fiancée experienced. 1. Extreme noise at all hours of the night. Anytime your upstairs neighbor decides to take a shit you will hear it even if you are in a dead sleep. 2. Dirty towels and moldy floors 3. SHITY fucking disgusting food. DO NOT EAT AT RESTAURANT inside. I did get sick. 4. Unfriendly incompetent staff 5. Roaches everywhere 6. Overpriced. read more
