In addition, due to Chinese New Year, I needed the house cleaned the next day, which they worked out a time slot to do for me (Christopher responded within 1/2 hour and right after I was about to sign with another company). The women made every effort to make sure the areas I needed cleaning were scrubbed and wiped of dust, dirt, and grime. They wiped the window blinds, the exterior of cabinets, refrigerator and oven, and they mopped the floors and corners clean. Blanca checked with me to make sure I was satisfied or if I had more concerns (after they cleaned each area) = total of 2 hours. There was a spot they did not dust or mop upstairs, but I let it go because they wiped and cleaned other areas I did not ask for. The only question I have is "Where is my swifter?" because it disappeared from the restroom. Also, I would prefer they empty dirty water from the living room floor into the toilet and not my kitchen sink and they should not refill their bucket to wipe the floor by use of the kitchen sink. There is a faucet and hose outside the front door to refill their bucket and a grate on the street to empty out dirty water, so using my kitchen sink was not appreciated. The reason the review has 5 stars is because Christopher acquiesced my request and charged me days after my Lunar New Year, which I'm truly grateful for, and he gave me a discount as a first time client. My husband and I were looking for a reputable cleaning company. After searching through many different companies on Yelp, I requested a quote from several. Eliot was very prompt in his reply and provided all the information needed for us to set up a cleaning date. The communication throughout the entire process was awesome, I never felt like my questions weren't answered. The day of our scheduled cleaning, Eliot messaged me they were able to come earlier in the day, which was great! He kept me updated once the team arrived to our home and when they finished and left. It was so nice knowing when they were there and when they were gone. The constant communication and updates really allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the day. The communication and care with which he operates is absolutely top notch! The service for my parents' home was for a full house deep clean that we requested. Hector came for a consultation and was willing to come an additional day when my mother would be available, should she have had additional questions. One of the first things he asked me, after seeing the house, was whether we wanted to downgrade to a detail cleaning to save money, before any pricing was discussed. He presented all three options and we still went with the full package for our needs, as it is quute reasonable. I was tempted to give him the approval on the spot. I'm a detailed person, and this dusting was not obvious at first, but once I sat down, I could easily see that the items atop the bureau had never been moved in order to get to the full top of the bureau. I ended up redoing it, and also dusting precious items even atop it where dust was easily noticeable. I think the crew was going at such a quick pace that they were not tuned to these things. They were interested in getting the job done, but not thoroughly. I would not recommend them. Sad, because they did well the first time.
