I have this extra large pool, which is fantastic... truly beautiful and I didn't have to spend a small fortune to get it.. I had a warranty claim because lightning hit the pool panel and which Coastlife covered it for nothing.. no problem. Fixed it right away. The service I have received from these kind of people have been above and beyond.. glad I took my time and did the research. I'm a happy Canopy Creek resident. They still maintain it today.

Additionally, Apex has exceeded my expectations in regards to fixing after-final -construction issues. Some Details: 1 Competitive pricing. Apex quote came in at the same price as other lower-rated pool companies and 20% less than similarly rated companies. 2. Apex has their own people. I experienced a consistent quality of work and predictable timetable. Each phase of my build project was handled by a different group of people. Every single person in every phase took pride in their work; were friendly and professional. Roddy Brown my construction manager 95% of the time answered his phone and provided clear answers to any questions. I called Roddy one day AFTER the build was complete. He answered the phone even though he was home recovering from a serious illness. On another occasion, I called the Apex office when it was closed on a Saturday. The office manager Julie, answered the call and helped me EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD COME IN TO CATCH UP ON WORK AND THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED!!!! WOW. 3. Another plus with Apex is that they are a paver contractor. It was easy to pick out our pavers because they use their parking lot as the paver display. Large sections of each paver type so that you can get a clear idea of what the pavers look like. Apex did an amazing job on our pool hardscape. 4. The pool build is a long process. The most agonizing part is the initial permiting that was at least 4-plus weeks. Nothing Apex could do about that. Many steps and many inspections. Apex provided a project sheet outlining each phase of the build process. Additionally, it seemed like they had good coordination with the local inspectors because we never had to wait too long to get and inspector in to review their work. 5. I got feedback from the local inspector that APEX was a quality pool company and seldom had inspection issues. He mentioned that another pool company was doing a job in our neighborhood and they had a long list of issues. Throughout the multiple inspections that were conducted, I think the inspector had one item on the punch list for correction. 6. After the build was completed, the last person I interacted with was "The Pool Lady". Her job was to train me on taking care of my pool. She came in initially to get the water chemistry right and to go through all the steps to keeping my water and pool in great shape. I think she did 3-4 separate visits. She was very thorough and helpful (I have never owned a pool). With her training, I was confident that I could do my own pool chemistry. A year later, my pool water is crystal clear. Based on discussions with other new pool owners the Apex Pool Lady was a star. She really knew her stuff. 7. Finally I want to reiterate the exception after-the-build response to questions and issues. I called several times with equipment issues (not related to Apex). I was shocked that Apex responded that same day multiple times. I think once I waited a day. I was pleasantly surprised with their response.

If there was feces around my pool(which there is not) you should have communicated that with me, so it could be taken care of. I just had Aquatic Surfaces refinish my swimming pool, it was in pretty bad shape after 20 years of use. I have had literally thousands of contractors work for me over the years and I must say this company is in the top 1% that I've ever dealt with. I met with Dustin and immediately liked him and more importantly trusted him to do what he said he would do. Well I've got to say I was wrong, he did much more than he said he would, a classic case of under promise and over deliver. He told me it would take 3 to 4 days to do the job and he could start in February, We met a week before Christmas, in the first week in January he called and said he could start next week I gave him okay and he gave me a day telling me when the guys would be there and what they would do. His crew of many years called me and told me when they were going to be there, they arrived within 5 minutes of that time. The next day they returned as promised and finished up the prep work to get ready for the finish crew. The plasters of course also showed up right on time and completed the job on a Saturday and did a superior job in my opinion. His service guy then came back two days later when the pool was filled with water to adjust the chemicals and explain to me what he was doing and what parameters to keep them in. A couple of days later Dustin came by to provide me with a warranty paperwork and to also cover the maintenance requirements. 4 days after that meeting his service guy came by again to double-check the chemicals and adjust them as necessary. I have contracted for over 250 pools easily in my career and quite frankly the job they did on my pool was one of the best I have ever seen. I can honestly say I have referred them to several of my neighbors and he will likely do at least two or three more pools in my neighborhood. It's such a pleasure in today's world to be able to wholeheartedly without reservations provide the highest recommendation I can to Dustin and his company Aquatic Services.
