My Internet has been acting up at home for awhile. It might be a spyware/adware issue, but I figured changing out the equipment might be a place to start. I visited their location in town 2x in two days. The check in kiosk at the door is easy to use and fairly obvious (not to everyone though, I didn't realize it on my first visit and on my second visit I cut in front of someone via checking in, someone who had been there before but hadn't checked-in via the kiosk. Am I the a**hole?, yes, yes I am. Staff were helpful and efficient. Getting everything plugged in and connected once I got home. I just reversed what I had unplugged when I swapped out the old stuff. I still had to call for help, but I didn't have to spend $65 to have a technician come to the house, so that's a win. Pardon my essay.
