I just canceled Frontier on two homes in Lewiston, MI because the internet was so slow that my picture would just spin. Cancellation was fine until they told me I had to pay a $50 refurbishing fee for the equipment I was returning. Really??? So my comment to the Associate was that I canceled because your service was bad and then I have to pay to refurbish for your next customer. Shame on them... read more

Service dropped out multiple times a day and took several minutes to reconnect each time. That was an improvement to the early days when we had to power cycle the modem each time. We did have a terrific technician who was very responsive and tried very hard to help us out. Apparently the fiber optic ended at the main road and then the signal continued on a copper line to our house. We have moved and cancelled our service thank goodness. HOWEVER THEY ARE CHARGING US A $50 "RESTOCKING FEE" for the modem. OUTRAGEOUS!!!! HENCE THE ONE STAR INSTEAD OF TWO. read more

Also very reasonable pricing, love that he used a non-apple battery, it saved me like like $200. He also vacuumed out the inside of all dust and debris. Def will be back if any more issues occur.

Been having issues with my tower for a long time... big delay when typing on my internet browsers…read more Worked fine when typing on Word or excel. Thought it was an internet provider issue. The provider came said internet is working fine. Ask who I could get to fix this tower IF that truly was the issue. He suggested Cutting Edge Computers. I brought my computer in on Monday and by Tuesday he had gotten back to me informing that everything was cleaned up, and he computer is working good. He then explained to me how his computer could run even faster if I made a small investment in adding memory. (He took his time to explain the benefits of the increased memory) The computer is running faster than it ever has!! For the clean up and the additional memory the cost was still less expensive as other places I have taken my computer to just get it cleaned up. What really impressed me was Mikes willingness to explain why things are important and steps we need to take to maintain the computer.
