We place our garbage out around 8:30 each week so it doesn't blow out in the road or animals don't get it and the lady said it was our fault for not having it out at 7am. But if it is blow in the street they refuse to pick it up, and most the time they toss our cans in the road anyways. Chad is an excellent repair man. However, GE appliances are the worst I have ever purchased. I…read morewould never recommend them to anyone, and I would never purchase one again. Unfortunately, when we moved, I bought all GE appliances for the whole house. I also purchased the warranty package for 5 years and of course nothing broke in those 5 years. In the last 6 months the mother board of our dishwasher has been replaced 3 times. Once by us twice by Chad. I ended up having to purchase another warranty plan from GE in order to keep the repair bills lower because I have 6 GE appliances. Just waiting for the rest to break. The refrigerator is already making a noise and the icemaker won't shut off so I have to do it manually. I have bought so many appliances in my lifetime and have never had such poorly made products. Appliances use to last for years. In fact, I have a twenty-year-old Frigidaire frig in the garage as a backup. Still running!!!! I could have bought two new dishwashers for what I have in repairs. When I called for an estimate, John was very responsive and got back to me very quickly with the final estimate. No other company I called bothered to call me back. The estimate was within my expectations. On the day of the work, everything was well-coordinated with PIEG ... everyone showed up on time and did a very neat, professional job. The residential electrician on his team was great to work with, explained things carefully, and I was very satisfied with the final results! I can tell they don't just want to do the job. They want to do it correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again with further electrical needs (and boy, that cottage has needs!)
