For $80 a month, for JUST internet, there is absolutely no excuse for it to be down so much. NONE. And if it is SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE like it says in the app, there is also NO REASON you can't let your customers know. read more

5 years ago they extended their cable only to stop 1 mile from my home. Thanks to them I am still limited to HughesNet which is essentially 'fancy' dial-up with the added benefit of the high blood pressure that results from arguing with the little monkeys at their call centers in India. I would gladly purchase a mile of cable if Charter would allow me to tap into their line. I even have my own ladder. read more

They change their contracts with you without proper notification other than buried in the footer of…read moreyour pdf bill which does not appear for you to view unless you go digging on your profile. This included lower data limited while still within your two year, increase charges, making free addons that were included in your contract to suddenly charging you, and basically holding it hostage because you have to pay out your tab to get out of it. There is no way to speak to anyone about it other than base customer service who won't let you talk to anyone. Stay away from them if you can.
