The ham and eggs were good Toast was good Coffee was very good- they say it's gourmet (?) - well it was not bitter and very nice. Pricing is good So, I would recommend this place for breakfast if you are in Oregon Morris or traveling through the area. This restaurant is clean, nice staff. It is clearly the town meeting place. For evenings it looks like they get a lot of people since they have a second area for more seating. Guess I should have purchased a special, but saw gyros on menu & ordered it. Take away & with tip $16!! The absolutely, positively worst I have ever attempted to eat. Dried out meat which made it horribly salty. Think little towns with large menus dont do a lot of business so must keep/freeze food to avoid spoilage, rendering it not so palatable. Lesson learned. Specials or nothing. Grateful came with cup of chicken noodle soup, as usual, restaurant food a bit salty, but palatable, nowhere near the dried out bizarrely salty meat on the pita. Small town. I come here occasionally and it is usually in the morning. My wife and I usually get their Gypsy Skillet and it is as good as any other place. The decor- could definitely use a lift. Their is Parking in the back, in case the spots on the street are taken. I included pictures of their breakfast menu, because I could not find it on their website. They have consistently had my breakfast order ready for three people in a fair amount of time, even when they are busy. read more

Pretty crowded with locals and especially older people, which is usually a good sign for a restaurant. The food we ordered was straightforward, no frills. It came quickly and we both ate for $11. It's hard to screw up eggs over easy and mozzarella sticks though. There were a lot of flies at the front end where we were sitting. I blame this more on the season than any sanitary concerns, but it's still always unsettling to eat in a small swarm. My family and I stay at White Pines cabins every summer and we really enjoyed eating breakfast at Sunrise. The pancakes were my favorite and my family enjoyed the waffles! Everyone there was very friendly and the food came out super quick! We will be sure to go back again next year for our annual camping getaway. read more

I came in to pick up an order, and saw 2 employees without masks. One was talking to the other, and took a sip of water nearby the other. That is understandable, but the other is not acceptable. The food was good the waitstaff excellent. Busy for a Sunday morning at 10:00 took longer to make up our mind what to order than it took the food to be delivered to the table. Very quick.
