I'm highly, highly aware that this place has high ratings, so take my review and experience for what it is---mine. Because, to be completely honest, I did not like my Taro Milk Tea. It had zero taste of taro and I was super disappointed. I felt myself wondering if they, maybe, got the order wrong? But I could see the light purple syrup on the inside side of the drink and I tried to stir it as much as I could. But, like, it wasn't taro. And I've had a lot of taro milk teas to compare it to. My Youngest had the Strawberry Matcha, and he also had much better at other places. The only drink that was decent was the Hokkaido the Huz got. It tasted delicious however I did notice after nearly finishing the drink that the jasmine tea jelly i got as an add on appeared to have small specks of black, green, and gray (as depicted in the picture). Came here for late night Boba cravings. It is located in a big plaza with plenty of parking spots. There were 2 monitors to the right hand side of the entrance that customers will have to self-serve for placing their orders. I ordered the mango Yakut with lechee jelly, 100% sweet, and less ice. Service was fast. My drink came out really good, and it was very refreshing. It would be a perfect drink for the summer. There was no table or chairs. There were seats for customers to sit and wait for their drinks. However, this is more of a to go spot instead of a hangout spot. Will come here to pick up more drinks again. read more

My new favorite boba spot! I was heading to Marshall's and saw that they opened a location here. I've tried their locations in Cerritos and Garden Grove and really liked it, so I was excited they opened a location near me. Parking was easy as the parking lot had a lot of spaces, although I expect it to be difficult in the future when the new Cava and Nothing but Bundt cakes open next door. Inside, the ambiance was pretty nice, very spacious and they had self checkout! I got the Sunright boba milk tea and it tasted great. The boba was cooked just the way I like and the drink had a nice tea flavor. Hope they continue to stay at this location long term and I'll be back to try all the drinks! read more

Ive been looking for a local place that does a decent Grapefruit Green Tea. I get it every time I see it on a menu... Wushiland, 85C... everywhere. I tried making it myself, but it's just not the same and I have no patience, so I just spend my day contemplating/justifying whether or not I should peel myself away from my desk for a drink. This place does it right. Super fragrant jasmine green tea balanced with grapefruit juice. Bonus points to the previous reviewer for tipping me off to the order screen, allowing me to minimize any human contact or have to explain what I want. I tell the screen the particulars of what I want then wait for it to show up at the counter. In and out. No small talk. An green tea drinking introverts dream. The only thing I would change I wish they offered bigger sizes, but it's probably for the best I not drink this out of a trough sized bucket strapped to my neck. This was my first time here yesterday and I really enjoyed my drink. I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with boba and it was really good! The boba was still warm in my iced drink which made me feel like the boba was just freshly made. The place is pretty clean and very minimal--my type of place. Not my first time at a Sunright, but had to give a huge shout out to the Long Beach location! On these hot days, I thank the heaven above for their frosties! Again, I could not resist a mango frostie with jasmine jelly with the cheese foam on top. I sat in their spacious studio and enjoyed the air conditioning. I really love Sunright and their drinks but our experiences are odd. We came in today at 1:20pm on July 8th, and the employee with glasses, short hair, and the nice Sunright hat took care of us today. He took our order and as he was putting it into the machine he misheard us a couple of times which was no issue so I repeated myself several times. I attempted to order the Mochi Matcha Red Bean frostie (repeating myself over three times) and he gave me a matcha red bean. I asked him to remake the correct drink (even though it's different price) and he made something that wasn't even on the menu and gave us matcha and mochi. We decided to give up and just politely let him know he made the wrong order again and tried to leave but he began to argue with us telling we were wrong and that is what we ordered. To make sure I was not mistaken I checked the kiosk again and saw the only options were Matcha Red Bean and Matcha read bean with mochi. This employee needs to be retrained and the service was very poor. He made it difficult to even get a refund on our drink. read more

i would give sunright tea studio a 3.5/5. it wasn't the most life changing boba drink i've ever had but it was still a nice drink! i got a strawberry boba milk from the kids menu for $4.95 with oat milk for an extra dollar. this drink does come with boba but please mind that the kids drinks come in a smaller cup. it seemed to be made with a strawberry puree with fresh strawberry chunks. the drink itself wasn't very sweet which i wished it was a little more. the strawberry chunks were medium sized and added some nice texture but i feel like i've had better strawberry milks. the boba was the most interesting to me because it was very chewy? it had a brown sugar syrup and was warm when i got it but it was difficult to chew and bland after that. the service was nice! the cashier patiently explained the drink to me when i asked and it was made pretty quickly like within 3 minutes. they also gave me a raffle ticket that i filled out but i'm not sure what it's for. overall decent service! the ambiance was also nice. i went in the morning so it had just opened and was very calm. the decor is themed and yellow and i liked the attention to detail with lighting. there were no tables, just a long bench to sit at and wait for your drinks to come out but i didn't mind since i don't dine indoors. it's a very minimal and cute boba shop! read more

I've visited several Sunright locations over the years, but the regular boba and honey boba just taste different compared to other locations (in a good way). The service is immaculate. Usually, I just order at the self-kiosk, get my drink, and leave, but I didn't see the self-kiosk when walking in (because I'm not observant). However, the service was super friendly, and I loved the funny drawings and pictures on the wall! There's just something about this spot that's so welcoming.
