Great Experience. Great Price- I live alone so they were kind enough to drive me home while my work was getting done. I'm new to the area and without a doubt recommend them to EVERONE!!!! Tom Connolly Rockland, Mass read more

Stopped to get gas and an employee ran out and scolded me when I threw a cup away in the public trashcan. Seriously? Customer provided trash can and I was yelled at for using it while being a customer. Never going here again. read more

Amazing service, Arthur was so kind and helpful! He was very thorough and careful with our antique truck. Highly recommend!

Best service experience I've had in a very long time. I had a tire blow out and didn't know if the wheel was damaged. I called and spoke to the owner, who could not possibly have been nicer or more professional. He immediately prepared and sent me an estimate, explained the repair process to me, and had my car towed, fixed and returned to me before the estimated time. I was more than a little rattled by the tire blowout and the great job that was done (quickly, properly, for a very fair cost and with great kindness) really meant the world to me. I recommend this company very highly. read more

If you insurance sends them to tow your car, don't let them tow to their repair shop because they are a huge rip-off. Don't step in their trap!!! GEICO sent them to tow my car one weekend. I was intending to have them either tow to my house or firestone. The towing guy "Andrew" suggested towing to their repair shop because he claimed they did this type of repairs all the time. Now I can tell it truly is a trap. They gave me a quote of almost 700 dollar to replace a starter of an old Chevy on Mon. I told them it's much more expensive than other shops and I want to take my car back. Andrew immediately said you need to pay 180 dollar to get your car back because diagnosis bla bla..... I ended up having my car repaired because another repair shop got back to me too late. But I can share that the other shop "JT Auto" only wants to charge 3xx dollar for this repair, firestone wants ~ 4xx. Who would want to do business with these nasty people again? Never!!! fyi they also change 3% credit card fee!!! Stay away!!! read more

This place is my go-to for all my automobile needs. I have 4 cars in my household. We depend on them for all that we do. It is nice to have this team of professionals keeping us moving. Always the best service and fast. Always courteous and reasonably priced. They back everything that they do. Great gas too! I think of them as friends! They will always have your back. I would not go anywhere else for serious auto service!!!! The best in the area! Jimmy...Mark, and company will always get the job done right!!! read more

I am ever so grateful for the team at Sunoco on Bedford St. in Abington, Ma. I knew my car needed some attention so I made an appointment to have it looked over. Thank goodness I did. The crew worked their magic and my ride is safe and sound. They went over it with a fine tooth comb and took care of a few safety issues and right within my budget. They had to keep it an extra little bit of time due to a faulty part but I felt so valued as a customer that they took the time to double check the work. I did not ind at all If you are in need of car repair I recommend Sunoco on Bedford St in Abington, Ma read more

My husband Richie and me have been going to "Abington Sunoco" for years! They have treated us with such respect and professionalism! Always there for us in the dead of winter, or the hottest day of the year! Recently have been working with Donny who is the best of the best, Kerry behind the counter handles everything with a smile and the owner Jimmy Stone is a true hands on owner! Love everything about Abington Sunoco! Wishing the team a Healthy and Happy XMAS and much success in "2023" ! Love, The Palm's, Lorraine & Richie p s. We just moved to the area and began to have problems with our minivan. On the recommendation of my brother, I called Abington Sunoco on Monday. They said they'd squeeze me on Tuesday, so I brought in the car and a mechanic immediately went on a ride with me to diagnose the issue. By Wednesday afternoon the repair was done (brake job and replacing a tie-rod end; not an inexpensive job anywhere) and they even agreed to deliver the car to my house because we had to juggle two kids and car seats otherwise. They also explained everything before doing the work and gave me an estimate that was right on the money, suggested work that could be put off for a little while in order to concentrate on the immediate safety need, and were all-around pleasant to work with. Their explanatory paperwork and receipts are clear and their website is a model for other independent auto mechanics, with clearly outlined prices for routine maintenance. I would recommend them highly. read more

Best thing about this gas station is that they discount regular, 87 octane gas on the weekends. They usually drop the price in late morning on Saturday and it stays through Sunday. read more

I can't believe I'm reviewing a gas station, but on the weekends, they are known to drop their price of regular unleaded gasoline ten cents. So it's definitely a bargain! They advertise full and self service, but I've never really seen the full service pumps "open" (without cones in front of them). Nor are they open 24-hours. So if it only takes you one tank of gas a week, it's definitely worth filling up here! read more

My family has gotten their cars repaired here for years. They are very knowledgable and will explain everything that needs to be done with your cars. They are extremely honest and care about the safety of their customers. The location kind of stinks but if you go when it's not rush hours you shouldn't have a problem. The gas is usually at a reasonable price and the staff is extremely friendly. read more

My car was jerking but I got a tow because my breaks gave up randomly. I told the guy I got the tow because of my breaks but my car was ALSO jerking can you return my car drivable he said yes he can. I get my car returned with no diagnosis, told it will run fine, and then when I drive it , it is still jerking. They talk to you like an angel on the phone but like no ones taking responsibility of a false promise, most importantly a false price. read more

As a single woman who never seems to find honest mechanics ...... these people were great!!!! Efficient and polite!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Got a tow from these guys through AAA. I believe Chris was the driver. Very nice and helpful guy. I would recommend using them if you ever need tow service in that area. Thanks! read more

Oh, how this place is the biggest ripoff garage I've ever been to in my life. When I went with my mother-in-law to get her inspection sticker, the mechanic said that the break line was gone and it could never get a sticker. After receiving that shocking news he immediately pushed her to buy their car since "we'd need a new one anyway". I took the keys out of his hand and I took the car down the street to our regular mechanic (who can't afford to do stickers) to look at the car and see if it could be fixed. It could be and it only cost $90 to fix!!! We got a sticker at another place. Don't ever trust this place!!! read more

I recently failed my emissions on my 2002 minivan. I wanted to find a place that was both AAA certified and also state approved emissions repair shop. Lord knows if they do not get the emissions properly corrected, it can cost unimaginable amounts of money. I didn't want to take any chances. I too my car to Abington Sunoco, and I dealt with Mark. He was courteous, professional, and I actually just received a followup call from the station about 20 minutes ago. I don't know any other mechanics that actually call and follow up to make sure they fixed something correctly. Overall, I was very pleased, and will certainly go back there again. Thank you, Abington Sunoco! read more

It's no wonder why everyone working here is so cheery. They can afford to be from what they charge. I've had a couple repairs done here and regretted them instantly. I should have trusted my instincts after the first repair. I EASILY paid 2x or 3x more than another garage would charge. I've had shops charge me double retail on parts in the past, but these guys got me for 3x and 4x retail. I'd rather take my chance trying an unknown garage than know I'd get pooched by these guys again. Live and learn. My advice? Stay away. read more

I had a flat tire tonight and luckily have roadside assistance with Geico. They were able to get Abington Sunoco to tow my car to a repair shop and despite the long ETA, Mike assured me he would call when he was 10 minutes away - which he did. When he arrived, the process was super simple as I just had to initial on his mobile phone and he took my key to load my car up. I didn't ride in the tow truck because I was able to get a ride and Mike was so wonderful that he sent me a text saying my car had been dropped off at Firestone and he even sent me a picture as proof! Talk about worry-free towing! I would definitely recommend Abington Sunoco! read more

I bought my husband a jeep from Jim @ Abington Sunoco and the jeep is awesome! We have our regular maintenance there (to both our cars) and its quick & painless and they always give us a loaner car which is a huge help! I highly recommend this place, they are honest & upfront about everything which is HARD to find in this industry! Thanks guys! read more

We've been having our cars serviced and repaired at Abington Sunoco for over 10 years now and we are very happy with the work they do. They don't try and rip you off and they will tell you if they don't think it's worth putting any more money into your car for repairs. read more

I had a flat tire in town and was towed to Abington Sunoco. They gave me the option when I called ahead of time of using a tire of the same size, but different brand that they had on hand, or ordering what I had and putting it on that afternoon. I opted to just use what they had in stock and they really seemed to put me as a priority - i was out in less than 15 minutes even though they were working on other cars. Great service compared to the last time I replaced a tire elsewhere and they had to keep it overnight. Thanks, guys! I can't see basic maintenance elsewhere. read more

My alternator needed to be replaced under a AAA warranty. Mark went above and beyond to partner with AAA to get this fixed. He explained every step and got the job done extremely fast. Highly recommend and will be returning for all my service needs! read more

Stopped in here to get an inspection sticker. It was done really quick, and there was a good spot to sit and wait while the work was done. The service manager Mark was super nice and let me know about all the specials they offered, and invited me to come back for my regular service (and they offer a car rental for if you need it for the day). I dread ever having to go to a service station if I need an oil change, sticker, etc. but I felt really comfortable here and will be going back for my next tune up! read more

I thoroughly recommend the Abington Sunoco auto repair. I understand that nobody likes to pay a lot of money to maintain their autos but is a fact of life that as autos (like humans) age they require maintenance and repairs. I had a problem with my car that was diagnosed at another establishment and I was not happy with the quote. I took the car to Abington Sunoco to get a second quote and I am thankful that I did. The accommodated me by making an appointment for the very next day and completed the repairs for less than 60% of the original quote. I have always found the management and staff at Abington Sunoco to be polite and reasonable. I will admit that it is difficult to hear unexpected bad news that will impact my wallet. Doctors and auto mechanics are similar in that respect. read more

They told me I needed items repaired. Both Sullivan tire and another auto repair shop said no, there was nothing wrong with the items. They just wanted to screw me. Watch out everybody. I will never go there again. read more

These guys send SMS spam to random phone numbers in the area. This is illegal in the US, but sadly, not worth suing over (only $1 per infraction). I've never done business with them, but get their messages on my cell. I'm not sure why you'd want to do business with a company that knowingly breaks the law. read more

Just moved to area recently and had car troubles so it was close so we took it over to them thet were very very nice and explained what had to be done and they did what they said they were going to do and the price was better than 2 other garages Excellent service and very nice ppl. Needed my power steering fixed because it was leaking fluid, paid $459 to have it fixed and a week later had the same problem. He gave me a laundry list of things wrong with the jeep that would've totaled about $3,000. I've been getting my vehicle serviced here for some years now. I feel that they are honest & fair. I wouldn't take my truck any where else. I've had Sunoco do repairs on my car in the past and felt that they did a great job for a good price. I felt informed and not scammed in 2015. Now in 2016 the last couple of times i've been there I don't know what happened but the work wasn't up to par, prices were high, and I can't say that I trust them like I used to. I am not sure if it's just different mechanics or not. But Mark the manager is the same. Isn't the manager supposed to double check these things and look them over before approaching the customer? read more
