I informed the person who answered that the car was dead and it was frigidly cold. The person with Andrade Towing was rude, dismissive, said he was cold, (which made no sense given that I was stranded and waiting), and then hung up on me instead of providing an update. At that point, I contacted my insurance co to report the interaction and requested the tow be canceled (now going on nearly 2 hours of waiting) and reassigned to a more deserving company. Being stranded in the cold and treated disrespectfully when asking for basic information is not okay. I would not recommend this company. I understand the nature of the business requires them to prioritize police towing, BUT I feel the simple courtesy of a phone call to inform me of the delay would have been the minimal possible courtesy a business could extend. I'm gravely disappointed because Lynch's has a great reputation and was my closest possible vendor for automotive towing. I cannot, however, recommend them after wasting a crucial half hour of my day by failing to notify me, I regard this as CRIMINALLY unprofessional.
