Quoted me a price WAY better than the previous place. Said they could have it replaced by the end of the day, if not the next morning. They called me at 7, said my car was ready for pick up. The shop closed at 6 so wasn't expecting it. When asked, he said they promised me that it would be ready by the end of the day and they keep their word. Awesome customer service and my AC is working great! Will for sure take my car back here for all future work that needs to be done.

So coincidentally I had my car towed here for repair after getting into a wreck. I don't know anything about cars, but this place was recommended to me by my insurance. I would agree that they aren't the best at keeping in touch with you over-the-phone, but I think the less time spent on talking was spent on working. They did a fantastic job on my car, repairing, cleaning, getting it to run smoothly again. Overall great service! EDIT: I'm bumping up a star for the sake of giving them at least 3 stars, because some reviews incorrectly address the Dealership part of the business rather than the Collision Center.

I took my car here many years ago and I was so happy with every step of the process as well as…read moretheir work. So I did not hesitate to take my car here again when I got hit by another car. I chose a dealership because I had two recalls on my car that I wanted done at the same time. They told me they would handle it and drive it to the dealership after the collision work was completed. Long story short, when I got my car back I was told they didn't do the recalls because they had to order parts for the recall. Well they had more than a week's notice to do that. I have an after market camera they disconnected and left it that way, along with my back camera was left hanging and disconnected as well. Had to order two lauded tape, and do that myself. My car had just been realigned and even after the wreck was still in alignment. It's horribly out of alignment now and when I called to ask them about it. My service manager said, "we didn't touch the front" Well it happened while you had my car! They replaced my truck cover on backwards. No attention to detail. I'll never bring my car back there. I have to now rent a car myself to get the warranty work done. And be inconvenienced when that was the whole reason I chose their dealership to begin with. And I made that clear when I made the appointment. And reiterated that fact to the service manager when I dropped it off, as well.

Recently I trusted the transmission, differential and axils of my 1967 RS/SS Camaro into Sparkey's care. Together we developed a plan and time frame for the project. Even though several issues came up that would have created lengthy delays in other shops, Sparkey made personal trips, ordered extra parts and keep me in the loop all at his own expense so that we could make the deadline. Well not gonna do it there. So my aunt recommend me to come to this to fix. I went there is only 1600, well I think is great deal and he give out one year warranty on it. So now I have my transmission rebuilt for around 1.5 year now from here, and my transmission is still running smooth like new. So I highly recomended this place if you need to your car fix in an affordable price. In additon, they do all type of car problem including body of the car. I will always come to this place whenever my car have any problem. The person that own the shop have sense of humor and he will try to lower the cost as much as possible to fix your car.

The car has not been in accident. But, the bumper started to come lose and fall off. We took it to another shop. Turns out ol' Mike put on a junkyard bumper. It was not new, it couldn't even sit correctly on the car, and damaged pieces for the previous car it was on. We used First Choice for many years. Mike's brother Joe owned it, and it was a good shop.
