As I am on a sub kick this week I thought I would try this place. It's in an industrial area, not so pretty. From the outside this place doesn't look like much, but on the inside there is lots of seating in a separate room off to the left. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and we discussed the different subs. I chose the super size club sub with LTO mayo, turkey, and bacon. They have a garlic mayo so I tried some of that, plus the oil and vinegar. He didn't put much lettuce on so I asked for a bit more. It was made pretty quick. I decided to eat half there in the dining room. The sub was pretty good, a decent roll, but I wasn't thrilled with the quality of the turkey. Perhaps next time I'll try a different sub and see how it is, like the Italian. read more

Great service! They were closed and some of the workers were coming out and instead of just leaving they had us come inside. They took our order and even fried fresh empanadas for us. My boyfriend and I come here all the time. We love this place for its price and hospitality. Today was just another sign of their willingness to go out of their way for their customers. This is the worse customer service I have ever .I have given it one star cause I can't give it any less you don't understand the servers attitude the worst you walk into a place which you're not familiar with the weird names that they called normal food and every time you would ask her a question she would get upset then on top of that tables rickety I sit at the table and the OJ. They sold me flips over and drenches me and the server says to my friend if I was upset I have never in my life ever been in a place and been so rudely treated never again read more

I have been ordering Sunny's on occasion for years. As a matter of fact it is one of my first 'ordering lunch at the office' experiences when I was 15. That said, even though I they are a fail-safe because I have yet to taste anything that isn't amazing in all the years I've known about them there are a couple of reasons why I only order from then 'occasionally'. First, they're a bit pricey. They're 'daily lunch special' will run you a little over $10 an it consists of a mini sandwich, a salad or soup, a drink, and a cookie. I don't know about the rest of you but I'd rather not blow over $50 a week on lunch ..frankly, I'd rather get a mani/pedi with that $$ Another thing is that they take a while to get to you, even if you're close by. I realize that the lunch rush probably hits really hard so I guess I always mentally prepare myself to wait around when I have to order lunch.. but they seem to take a little longer then most other places, something to consider. Lastly, whoever answers the phone over there does not know how to communicate. I have had wait on hold/take 10 minutes to make an order (fairly large)/goten hung up on in mid sentence before with these people. I don't know if its just that it is hectic here but on some days you'll have a normal ordering experience, and then you'll call the next time and the lady on the other end cant understand anything you're saying and then hangs up on you. Its a shot in the dark. Now, to end on a positive note, there is something on their menu that deserves an honorable mention. That item is the super breakfast subs... OH...MY...GOD... they're so goooooooooooood! Luckily, not nearly as many people order breakfast as they do lunch so if you order breakfast it usually gets to you pretty quick. This sub is SO yummy.... and the best part is that about three people can eat (and be very full) with just one... so its $5 divided into three. Not bad. If you want to try them I would recommend.. they're food is really tasty. But just be ready to wait, and possibly have a hard time ordering. read more

Sunny's is the number one place to order lunch from at my job. They make one or two deliveries per day and they bring everyone's order at the same time. I do have to say that they are a bit pricey, but sometimes you pay for convenience and their food is amazing, so you have to take that into consideration! They always show up on time and their drivers are always in a good mood! I have eaten at the actual location about twice, the owner is always there and very attentive. This place is a must try. There is no other place like this around the medley area, especially somewhere that is fast. read more
