I was able to show up early and decorate the boat and set up food, Coree and Michael were so helpful with everything including even helping us set up our food drinks and decorations. They have everything you need on board like cups, plates, serving platers, silverware, ice, wine glasses etc! Michael was our captain and he was fantastic in every way. Coree was our first mate and she was amazing, helpful, and so fun! I highly recommend this crew if you rent from Kokomo! 10/10 experience and I'll be back for more 100%.

I met my friends…read morein Sarasota as the family was there on Spring Break and booked this 4-hour catamaran excursion. The harbor area was easy to locate based on the directions given, and a parking pass is provided (as the lot posts a free 3-hour limit). We set sail a little after 1pm. It was a little windy starting out, but Captain Charlie maneuvered the catamaran expertly. He also provided local commentary on the area and made us laugh with his jokes and statements. Sandwiches were provided at the halfway point, and we were allowed to bring drinks and snacks on the catamaran. There were 12 of us in our group and we easily moved around the boat and had plenty of room to stretch out. Captain Charlie even directed us to a small cove area where dolphins played along the seawalls. We got to see a mother, father and baby dolphin frolic in the water as well as one dolphin (probably the dad) swim along and under the catamaran. We all enjoyed that experience! We didn't…read moresee any dolphins, but wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, and it didn't ruin the experience for us. We took the 1 p.m. tour during a busy holiday weekend, so I would probably choose a morning or sunset cruise if seeing dolphins is your main priority. The sandbar stop was the highlight and the main reason I booked this tour. The water was warm, and we found lots of living sand dollars. My son loved exploring and searching in the water. We also heard that manatees passed near the boat while I was out on the sandbar, but unfortunately, I missed them. We purchased the VIP upgrade, which included priority boarding, alcoholic drinks for the adults, and soda or juice for kids. If you decide you want to have drinks after you get on the boat and didn't get the upgrade, you can add it when you're on the boat. The larger tour boat had plenty of shade and space, and it never felt crowded. The bathroom was easy to access and clean. Captain Dan and Brandt were friendly and helpful, and Captain Dan's commentary about the wildlife and waterfront homes made the ride entertaining. Even without dolphins, this was a fun afternoon on the water, and I would recommend the tour--especially for families who want a boat ride that also lets them get out and explore.

Our tour guides were Chad and Joey who made for a great ride out into the ocean. Good information was shared along the way and when dolphins were located on the tour Chad was excellent at pointing them out along the way. A bald eagle nest was also seen complete with a bald eagle perched overlooking the ocean. The sunset was absolutely gorgeous and the tour was just the right amount of time to be out on the water to enjoy the boat ride. We don't drink so purchased the tickets without the alcohol included but then were welcome to bring on our own drinks and snacks for the ride. The playlist of music out on the sunset tour was top notch and apparently dolphins have a good affection for Elton John's "Tiny Dancer" as when that song came on the dolphins came out in force. Highly recommend Siesta Key Watersports!
