I don't know the name of the man who was working when I went in, but it was not the owner. I have never been spoken to by an employee in such a rude manner. It started with me showing him the coupon I had for a free product. When he explained that another purchase was required, I suggested to avoid confusion that he ask the manager to include that on future coupons. Then I asked if he could point out to me where the oils for my condition would be. He answered, "I could"...pause... So I said, "OK, Will you?" He said, "No". I responded that I couldn't tell if he was joking or not. He then said that he didn't appreciate the militant tone I took with him. I reiterated that I was only pointing out the need for clarity on the coupon (and in a calm tone). He started degrading me, saying it was implied and that I obviously had poor comprehension skills.
