This is going to be bit lenghty review so get ready. Let me give you a brief overview of my physical body. I'm 58 years old. In the last 12yrs I've had open heart surgery and spine surgery, 3 hip replacements and 4 knee replacements. The do overs of the hips and knees were due to infections. I don't know the name of the man who was working when I went in, but it was not the owner. I have never been spoken to by an employee in such a rude manner. It started with me showing him the coupon I had for a free product. When he explained that another purchase was required, I suggested to avoid confusion that he ask the manager to include that on future coupons. Then I asked if he could point out to me where the oils for my condition would be. He answered, "I could"...pause... So I said, "OK, Will you?" He said, "No". I responded that I couldn't tell if he was joking or not. He then said that he didn't appreciate the militant tone I took with him. I reiterated that I was only pointing out the need for clarity on the coupon (and in a calm tone). He started degrading me, saying it was implied and that I obviously had poor comprehension skills. **Warning this is a long and thorough review, this is my first review on google and so it goes without saying that this store has really impressed me** I definitely recommend this CBD Shop!
