She has several different solutions and ways to apply the tans so that they feel and looks as good as possible based on your skin tone and texture. Her website is very user friendly and getting an appointment is never an issue. She is great about working outside of the website to get you scheduled. Just don't take my spot! Not only is she professional, knowledgeable and kind-- she really seems to care about bringing out the inner beauty in others. When I first went to her this past April, I was a total noob when it came to facials. I had one previously but just felt like it did nothing for my skin. When I showed up for an appointment with refresh skin lab with Kristen, she was so great with explaining and walking me through my different options of facials. She also helped to explain why I was breaking out in certain areas and what may actually be contributing to it (instead of just saying it's my hormones which didn't add up). Her space is also very zen. I love the ambiance because it really helps me to enjoy my facial experience. The mood lighting, scents and inspiring quote decor is totally my thing so I feel really great when I come in. I've been recommending Kristen to my close friends but definitely think anyone looking for a good facial should check her out! I know I referred a friend and she may have given a discount based on that--so feel free to say I sent you. You can also just call and ask if she's running any facial specials. She also can provide text updates with specials which helped me get in this month. Highly recommend her!!!

She is also so helpful and provides thorough pre-wax and post-wax care directions making it easy for me to understand and follow through with. After a terrible eyebrow wax incident many years ago, I had not allowed anyone to touch my brows. Recently Stacey threaded mine and I am completely obsessed with them. Not only does she thread them, she provides all kinds of coaching to me from brow pencils to brow gel and walks me through how to make my eyebrows look like the brows of my dreams. Finally, I tried a lash lift since summer mascara is tough and they are actually SO CUTE. As a biracial individual with straight and shorter Asian lashes, Stacey boosted them into the cutest eyelash curls and now I need no makeup for the next 4-6 weeks, which is perfect for summer! On top of being an absolute and meticulous professional, Stacey is the kindest and most wonderful esthetician I've ever met. I've previously worked in a salon and spa and Stacey is the best.
