Terrible Customer Service Experience. I had been receiving…read moremy eye care at Pearle Vision for years without problems. Until this year when my vision insurance changed. Wednesday March 19th of 2025 at 810am I attempted to go to my vision appointment at the Fargo, ND location. I had new eye insurance. I had checked online and found my insurance listed but could not find it on the insurance website so I had called ahead of time to confirm. At that time the receptionist at the Fargo ND Pearle Vision location stated yes, they take Blue Cross and Blue Shield. (In hindsight my insurance is a federal Blue Cross and Blue Shield program which I did not realize at the time). When I arrived to my appointment on March 19th, the receptionist working the front desk stated that they do not take Blue Cross and Blue Shield FEP. At this point, a good customer service experience would have ended with some sort of understanding and the canceling of my appt. Instead I received the following accusations. I told the receptionist that I had called in advance to confirm what insurance Pearle Vision accepts. The receptionist proceeded to ask well "who did I talk too?" I stated well I don't know as it was months ago. She stated "what did I ask them?" I stated well clearly I asked, does Pearle Vision accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield? She then proceeded to state, "That is what is wrong with you people, you don't know what type of insurance you have." She then asked if I wanted to self-pay for my appt. I said I guess I am canceling the appt as I want to be able to use my new eye insurance that I pay for. She stated, well I will have to report this appointment as a "no show." But I state, I am standing right here. So clearly it is not a "no show" but a canceled appt. And hopefully I am not being charged for this misunderstanding. At this point, I am so mad that I left. I work in healthcare. And I was shocked at the treatment I received by this receptionist over a misunderstanding over healthcare. Terrible customer service. This person should not work at a front desk where she has to deal with customers. Thank you for your time.

Luckily there were a lot of things that grabbed their interest as well. So many items in this store reminded me of my childhood, and my mom and grandma's clothing style. They were sooo cool and I was just a fat little scrappy kid. Browsing the collection at Revolver and picking out whatever I wanted made me feel like I was giving my younger self a high five. Everything was fairly priced too! To me, these items are worth double than what I paid but I appreciate not getting gouged, as I've come to expect in really awesome vintage stores. Upon entering, I was very impressed with the variety of products they have crammed into this location. There was section of toys, etc. that my kids checked out. They have furniture and decor pieces, crafty kind of things, pillows, bedroom stuff, kitchenware, and more. I really liked the aisle with the food and cooking items, which included a variety of coffee products, sauces, and specialty pastas. We were unable to spend a ton of time at the store, but I definitely plan to go back to look further. From what I saw, the pricing seemed good as well.
