The few issues we found with the camper were fixed before we pulled off the lot. HOWEVER this is where things declined, once we pulled off with our camper after being persuaded to purchase additional services that would cover future issues with the camper. We have had a difficult time getting an answer or phone call back. Low and behold, because the camper is not connected to water, we had no real way to see all the issues. Our toilet leaked the very first time we connected to water. It is from the inside of the toilet so the toilet needs replacing. We called them a week after pulling it off the lot, and one of the service reps who is a woman was quite rude. Said they can't get us in for WEEKS and we need to tow it back from being hard docked at our lake place. I highly recommend making them connect the water, run all your faucets and flushing your toilet. It took one time going to the bathroom in our camper for it to smell less than good. If I were you, please genuinely listen to the advice of the other reviewers before purchasing. All the extra fancy stuff they talk up, NOT NECESSARY especially if they can't be bothered to hold up their side of the deal. Absolutely pitiful service department representatives. After the first time calling and being told they would call us back, we haven't even got a person on the phone the third or fourth time. Mind you we call during standard buisness hours. We purchased a new camper with the understanding of how things would go. We showed up announced at…read more4pm and we were to do the walk through and sign papers, which took 30 minutes and then we waited the next 2 hours to sign the paperwork that should have been ready (might have taken longer if it wasn't closing time). The walk through created a list of things that needed to be fixed, they were not upon delivery and still are not. We have no heat for starters! The camper was a hold over from last year and was not even cleaned!!! Fireplace log is broken, but we were told is was suppose to be that way... NOPE! Gouges in drawers, blind hung only partially covering the window, stairs peeling etc... Nothing went as planned. From them running us through 5 banks (without our knowledge, as we told them we were going through our bank) to lying about delivery and set up. When the camper finally arrived, we were under the impression (as this is what we were told) that the camper would be set up and blocked at the same time. Yet, another untruth. We waited more than a week to get things set up by a gentleman, who is the 1 of 2 people that led to any of kind of positive experience through this whole ordeal (the other was the delivery man, neither employees of Camping World). Camping World had stated on quite a few different occasions that they had reached out to the set up guys to no avail, yet, another untruth. The first correspondence they had with him was 2 days before he arrived to set the camper, not 2 weeks as Camping World employees had stated. This gentleman has been a godsend, even though he is waiting on a part to fix our heat (sad that it does not work when it is a new rig), he has done his part every step of the way to ensure that our camper does in deed get the promised to us list completed (he has to wait on Camping World- could be awhile). We were lied to by everyone actually employed by Camping World. Tyler, Bernard, Wyatt, and now the manager Tammy. The endless meaningless apologies are the only thing they seem to be able to deliver!! The knowledge of employees is definitely subpar at best. You would think they would need more than basic knowledge of their campers (here's how to open the door and turn on the water), but experience has shown me that you can sell anything if you just bs your way through it!!!! I won't even get into the ridiculous "warranties" that cost more than your camper will be worth in a year ( well almost). Who sells a new rig without a manufacturer's warranty.. Camping World! Had to pay for a manufacturer's warranty. Absurd! If you want a quality rig with any kind of positive customer service from a dealership, I would steer clear of Camping World. The have lost our business!

The service was great and everyone was so helpful. Even though they were quite busy they got my bike in and started fixing it along with a few other adjustments.
