They have you confirm your appointment 65 times and threaten to cancel if you can't respond in 7 minutes, I was haressed via text a million times saying I WOULD BE THERE! I called the day before the July 4th holiday as a shot in the dark to see if I could schedule an exam today. His guy was out but he referred me to an amazing ophthalmologist, Dr. Colella. After the exam I went to meet Chris. This is a quaint little shop and Chris was so kind and helpful. I tried frames on and he gave me much needed opinions. The prices are very reasonable for frames and lenses. He even gave me a sample of content lenses to see if I can get used to mono vision in place of bi focal lenses. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm so thankful Chris picked up the phone when I called. I wish I had found him years ago!
