He offered to make things right with both my and my wife's glasses, even though it had been several months since I had mine made. We both ended up having to go back to the eye doctor to make sure there was no error with the prescription. After that, we went to the store and explained the situation. Once they heard that Gregg had given his approval, they remade the lenses for both of us. As of today, I've picked up mine and the rainbow edges I was seeing before are gone, as well as a crack that had appeared due to the lenses not fitting the frames right. I'm satisfied that although we originally had a bad experience, Eyeglass Factory made things right in the end. Thanks Gregg!

They took apart my glasses before realizing this and were not able to get the metal nose pad holder back on. They insisted I needed the metal part replaced anyway but I had brought the glasses in totally put together totally assembled in the first place (except the one missing nose pad that I came in to get replaced). I love supporting our local businesses but seriously? You have hundreds of different classes and couldn't put mine back together, the way I brought them in to you?? I got eyesight glasses here a few years ago, there was also an issue with getting them repaired or replaced when a part fell off I had to get totally new glasses because they just have in stock what they have in stock. I guess I should have known then not to come back. Thanks for breaking my glasses WITH an attitude.

She said she can't check that over the phone and she can't deal with that. She doesn't know that she just lost a client who buys glasses with them for years. I always buy two sunglasses every time I go there. If she can't talk with clients over the phone, maybe she doesn't know how to manage a business. She is working at the wrong place.

Upon our arrival, Frankie assisted us from start to finish and was a huge help in getting my wife and I the perfect pair. Frankie allowed us time to try on various pairs that we we were interested in and even gave us a few options that he saw were similar to the styles we seemed to gravitate towards. What I love about the Sunglass Hut is the ability to try on multiple brands, both high end designers and the brand names we've all come to know. Always have to stop in the hat store - it's a rite of passage! This time I didn't find anything to purchase. I was intent on finding a replacement pair of mittens for our granddaughter, but they didn't have anything in the right color scheme. They were down to dark colors, and she's into pink these days. The staff members were friendly and welcoming on a holiday when they might have preferred being somewhere else. I took a look at the "No Headache" visors which I like to wear, but wasn't enticed by the current colors/pattens they have in stock. I'll be back the next time, and hopefully something colorful and flattering will catch my eye. Always worth a browsing session!

A friend and I chatted with Blinky for about 20 minutes. He broke down and explained a lot about board design. What a treat. He's been doing this so long and he's still stoked and friendly. The rest of the staff were also very friendly. Amazingly a yelper below complained because they don't have enough apparel and bikinis. How ironic is that? There are hardly any real surfboard shops left, since most shop floor rooms are covered with "apparel and bikinis", which carry higher profit margins than surfboards. That person should visit one of Socal's many fine mall surfboard shops and they'll find all the bikinis they need.
