Here's my experience at this place. I work many hours during week and most times work through my…read morelunch hour. I was finally able to go an eye doctor for a new prescription that was close to my work, which is out of town. Unfortunately I did not have time to choose frames and lenses. I now have a day off which falls on a weekend and most eyecare centers are closed. Bummer. Totally get that. It will be a while before I am able to go back to eye doctor due to my schedule. I thought about doing online ordering, but I need my PD(Pulilary Distance) measurement which I did not get. I then think oh..lenns Crafters is open weekends but it's 45 minutes away. Think... think..oh Walmart has a vision center and is open on a Saturday..great!! I walk in and ask if they perhaps accept my insurance.. they gladly responded with a yes. So after 5 minutes I found the frames I liked. I go back to old guy who greeted me. He tells me to have a seat and is about to to open computer screen when I say..I have my own prescription....he suddenly says....Oh I forgot your insurance is down(not them walmart) at the moment so we can't process that. I'm sorry. Soon as he realized they wouldn't get money from the eye exam he came up with that excuse. I could read he's body language as he had his arms crossed in displeasure. I am in retail/ customer service and have patience thanks to training and years of experience. Any other person would have flipped out on them for pulling this BS. To confirm my suspicion I called my insurance provider and said they are not down. They are up and running ready to give authorization for any requests. Come on Wal-Mart. I had also asked if he could do a Pulilary Distance Measurement, and said I'll pay for it..straight up said no..you have to go to the place you did your eye exam. I am very disappointed in your customer service. I do not recommend this place. Best go to a real and professional Eyecare facility. I wouldn't mind paying extra for that.

They had a 60% off clearance sale and I was able to purchase 2 outfits for my daughter priced at $7.99 & 10.99 per piece. The selection was excellent and I saw some adorable IVY Park sneakers and boots by Beyoncé. Customer service was excellent. I also visited the Lane Bryant store to purchase undergarments. The customer service was impeccable and the store was well stocked compared to Raleigh. I was very happy with the sale items I purchased and will definitely return to visit the remainder of the stores. This outlet mall could use a modern renovation so that is the only negative.

The lady asked me if I wanted pineapple or cherries or anything and when I looked at her and said no, I'd like the shakes plain please she snapped at me. I'm talking about the orange aid. I told her I'm not from here. I did not know that you guys added anything to it and I'm sorry. I just want a plain one. We went outside to the patio when our order was done, and I realized I did not have a straw for my orange aid. So my daughter went in to grab another straw and again the young redheaded lady told her I already gave you straws. My daughter said you gave us straws for the shake, but not for the orange drink. The redheaded lady orange told my daughter, You mean, orange aid. No, I wasn't born yesterday and I come here twice a year and I drop a lot of money at your store.
