He loves how they put a lot back into employees to make sure they enjoy their positions and their jobs. The staff working for him were super friendly and they did a great job of getting us in and out within several minutes. Everyone was helpful and did a great job assisting us with our needs. For years I have shopped at zappo.com because of the range of shoe widths and sizes. I got tired of the "ship and return" even though zappos is great to buy from and I never had an issue other than the same size and width varied from one shoe brand to the next. Going to SAS after a few years since my last trip was worth the drive. The neat thing I found was that they have added so many new styles and because each shoe has adjustable straps, the width is never a problem. SAS isn't cheap, but the shoes that I have bought have lasted year after year. In the long run, they really are, for me, the better deal.
