When I bought them, they didn't have a tag but I explained they never came with a tag when I first purchased them. The woman had to call the other Sunglass Hut, but they weren't answering. Finally, they answered and said they ran out of tags that day and to honor the return. What a hassle to have to deal with such rude individuals who don't have great customer service. You should be ashamed and hire new management.

After my second email to customer service they responded by saying "we'll let you know when it's on its way". There's no option to cancel the order so I'll have to talk to my credit card company to get my money back.
