The lady I dealt with at the time honored discount pricing for my Pradas that I picked up and thus far haven't had any issues. I called earlier to reserve a pair that I happened to find online, she set them aside for me and when I showed up- still gave me decent time and free mobility to browse around as I wished. Definitely not a bad place to do business as it's nearby my office. The rest of the staff was courteous and tentative and the ambiance here is pretty much like any other sunglass hut store, though I feel this one in particular is a tad larger than the Yorktown shopping center location. Thanks again.

They took current insurance info as soon as I entered and then I was immediately taken directly back to get assessments of vision and eye health. I was seen by Dr Masood who probably conducted the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever received. She evaluated my current contacts, my dry eyes, my risk of glaucoma. I had mentioned that while my vision with my current prescription was clear, I sometimes felt eye strain at the end of the day. She explained how eye comfort is always a shared goal with clear vision. So she slightly readjusted my prescription to maximize vision clarity and comfort. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend this practice and specifically this physician!

My eye exam was not rushed and she made sure to test me properly for the best prescription. Other eye doctors treat you like a number and just want you in and out. Eric was the tech that did my pre testing. He's funny and such a a ray of sunshine to be around. Eric was able to find eye benefit through my insurance and give me the best possible deal on my contacts! I came on a slower day and was given undivided attention. I'm sure some days are better than others for some, but be patient with your doctor and tech as they juggle multiple tasks. Also, I recommend making an appointment over a walk in. Appointments are priority!

The manager, Jeffrey, was very helpful and represented the brand well, unlike the Sunglass Hut in Lincolnwood mall! Other Sunglass Hut managers should seek out training from him. There is a reason why the Water Tower stores do better than other stores in the city.......it's not just the location but the service excellence as well! Other Sunglass Hut stores should take note of the service excellence demonstrated at Water Tower Place!

Could not be more disappointed with my experience here…read more Went in to get lenses replaced on my sunglasses. Aileen (manager) evaluated the frames and deemed them acceptable so that new lenses could be ordered. Said would be at the store in a week. Two weeks passed and no call - so I called them. Lenses had been shipped but never arrived. They were reordered. A week later got a call to come back in. The guy helping me and changing the lenses could not remove one of the screws as it was stripped. Said he would send me to another eyeglass place in the building that could handle this but they were closed. So instead he suggested I come back the next day and speak to the manager - Aileen. So I did. She didn't really even attempt to remove the screw and replace the second lens. Was quite dismissive. "It's stripped - nothing I can do." (And wasn't the inspection of the frames part of the evaluation as to whether the lenses could be replaced in tie first place?) She suggested I go to LensCrafters. With no guarantee. She said the place in the building g her employee recommended would t do it. (Had I known that the day before I wouldn't have even come back to this Sunglass Hut!) I had her put the one old lens that had been replaced back in and got a refund. Absolutely no ownership here - three trips to the store. Will not be back. Will buy sunglasses elsewhere from now on.
