Buyer beware! This place scammed me out of $79! I called and asked if they have a lab on site to…read moreget glasses within an hour. They said yes. At no time did they say sometimes we need to send glasses out to be completed. I did my test and when it was time to get glasses they couldn't tell me if I would receive them within an hour or not until I paid... I'm not from the area and needed my glasses today! So, I needed to know for sure if they would be done or not. Wasn't worth the risk BUT if I purchased my glasses there I wouldn't need to pay the eye exam which was the $79... so, since they couldn't promise to finish my glasses without paying up front I believe they scammed me out of the $79! Bad way to do business!

She was not interested in helping by her voice tone till I told her it had not been used. Then she responded very put out that we still wanted to use the insurance and not just pay cash. I would rather stab my eyes out with pencils than have to deal with her and her condescending tone and attitude again.
