Upon discovering some negative reviews, I decided to return the unopened box in the Huntington store which is near my office. No fault of the salesclerk, I was quickly turned away. He called his manager for assistance processing the return who took the position, that since I paid for them on-line, I had to return them on-line. Had this product been SHIPPED to a local store as something not available in store, I would understand. But these were inventory in a sister store (20 miles away) when I paid for them 2 days earlier. MANAGER was not budging. Poor customer service. I returned home furious. The order confirmation clearly read on-line or in-store returns. I called Lake Grove store and a lovely girl named Kelsie said to come see her. She handled the return that night without issue. By the time I arrived back home, I had an email confirmation my refund was being processed.
