When their computer system would allow everything to transact the way I wanted, she came up with a story that these were not the glasses they sold me, that they were counterfeit in some way and refused to help me. I can prove that these are the exact glasses that were sold to me because they are AI glasses and have a usage history that links back to just minutes after I bought them.

I have also purchased Oakleys for my family which are not in my picture. I used to receive such great service here and enjoyed stopping by to get a new pair. I reached out several times asking Oakley for nice Pink glasses and as soon as the store had them they called me. My last two visits have been disappointing. I never change my mind off of 1 poor visit. I wanted a new pair of glasses earlier this year so I stopped by to look. The sales agent was cool and indifferent, however I wanted a couple new pairs so I shopped. I settled on one pair only since there were no specials at the time and when I asked about a cloth she said it doesnt come with that or a case. Okay. Pay. leave. I went back a few weeks ago looking for that second pair I didn't get last time and for a rubber piece for 2 of my other pairs. I am wearing Oakleys and I have two pairs in a bag. Last time they found me one in a drawer. She told me $16.99 for a kit with the side vinyl. It was pretty busy but we managed to stop at the stores we wanted like children's place and Victoria's Secret etc. they have a wide selection of name brand stores and also had a cute boutique that was going out of business they had some really nice beaded purses and clothing for sale. Overall, Ellenton premium outlets is a nice place to shop and has good prices definitely a better deal than your average mall.

The sales woman asked if she could help and she brought out my size in that style and one other I saw inside. She told me about the shoes and the differences and why I might/might not like them. Very, very helpful. Her knowledge and service convinced me to purchase. This is not easy for me, I'm a terrible shopper.....many times I spend a half hour trying things on then can't make the decision to buy. Without being intrusive this young lady was great.
