Surprised when my son sent my neice and I Mother's Day flowers. I called because they were delivered on Saturday, and dead by Wednesday. Called and spoke to someone who assured me the Manager would call back. The first day here, I had to remove one of the flowers as it was curled up. Both sets had stems that were cut really short in the water. Disappointed not even a call back. read more

I received this bouquet for Valentine's Day... The arrangement was/is exquisite... I personally didn't work with the florist directly but a big fan of the result of this amazing, well arranged bouquet with orchids, two variety of carnations, the lilies (oh the smell...love love) I would recommend this for special occasions or for no reason whatsoever ... this made my DAY! read more

Ellenton Florist - My birthday bouquet! My husband shared my favorite flowers and wala! An absolutely beautiful arrangement! - Florists Near Me - Ellenton, Florida

I purchased the Lemonade bouquet for a wedding arrangement gift, arriving day before. The arrangement not only looked nothing like their photo but the flowers were fully opened near end of life stage. It was suppose to have yellow and white roses with both smaller and larger in size and not full bloomed. The arrangement received had more white carnations than anything else. See photo attached. read more

Their service was exemplary in every way AND the arrangements are always way above the average...so beautiful. I have used them several times with total satisfaction. Sometimes a florist can be barely what you had anticipated and it is very disappointing for the price. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH ELLENTON FLORIST. I will continue to use them as my florist always! read more

AMAZING! I went to Ellenton Florist in a rush for my father's funeral services, and they were beyond amazing. They provided arrangements for a gathering the night before with family, and then a beautiful arrangement for the funeral home. They were flexible, affordable, and so easy to work with - and the arrangements were BEAUTIFUL. I highly recommend!! Many family and friends used them to send us flowers too, and each bouquet was beautiful, fresh flowers and the delivery person was so friendly! read more

Our 2 year anniversary was today. My hunny ordered a long stem assorted roses. They got some new ones in. The colors are very rustic looking, so beautiful and I couldn't be happier. He only goes to Ellenton Florist. I just want y'all to know how much I love them. Thank you. read more

So disgusted! I am in Indiana and ordered their "Florists Choice Daily Deal" for my mother's birthday; she lives near Ellenton Florist in Florida, I upgraded the arrangement, paid for delivery and spent a total of over $87 dollars for roses that arrived wilted and all other flowers dying within 24 hours. My mother was too embarrassed to tell me just how bad they were, because she knew I must have paid quite a bit for them. First photos is day of delivery, 3/26. Second photo is the next day, 3/27. Never again. Sad and disgusted. UPDATE: Spoke with the "owner". She accepted little to no responsibility; "I was not here that day" "I did not send out these flowers". Offered a 50% refund of only the floral portion of the order or offered to prepare another arrangement and send it to my mother. Not acceptable. "I deal in perishables." Very rude, very condescending. read more

Stopped in here on a Saturday for a christmasy arrangement for a friend. They didn't have anything nice in the cooler. Two large table arrangements with candles and one really small sleigh that was only $30. She kept pushing me towards these table pieces but they were ugly and not at all what I was looking for. I didn't care for what they had as they had a lot of red roses which reminded me too much of Valentine's Day rather than Christmas. The lady showed me a couple online but it was mostly red roses. When I expressed my concern the lady was incredibly rude at that point I knew I wasn't going to buy anything from them. read more

Their work has exceeded my expectations. The pride that this company takes in their craft is evident with each piece that they have created for me. It is done from the heart. I so appreciate their business in this community. Whether it's for a large event or a small bouquet for a loved one, you won't be disappointed with their quality. read more

This is quite possibly the worst flower shop in the area. They do half-assed work at full price and cop an attitude if you call them on it. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this dumpster fire. read more

I placed the order, requested same day (local) delivery, and left specific instructions for delivery for the recipient (due to COVID and concerns about social distancing), and Ellenton Florist took care of it all! I'm really appreciative to have a local business who can execute special deliveries like this! read more

I come into this flower shop at 12:19 pm. The business closes at 1pm. Upon my arrival there were no customers inside. My son and I went inside because he needed a corsage for tonight's homecoming event for his girlfriend .The lady says I close at one and I'm not making any more things. I said it's 12:19 and I just needed a corsage. Then she replied well I'm not making any more items. I said seriously your a flower shop I just would like a corsage. Then says well I don't even have the materials to make it. Very rude customer service would never recommend this place ever in my life to anyone. Don't waste your hard earn money here. read more

On Saturday Sept 26th 2020 I went to this florist to pick up an arrangement that I had ordered for my mother, who I have not been able to see for months because of the current pandemic, for her birthday. I had purchased a baby rose topiary. When the woman brought it out I mentioned it looked nothing like the picture and was missing some curly branch decorative pieces (these particular items were the difference between the regular and the deluxe choice). I had chosen and PAID for the deluxe version. She then proceeded to stick what looked like dowel rods in it. When I expressed my disappointment at it not looking at all like the picture and what I paid for, I was told I was an insulting person and not to come back (That won't be a problem!) The picture on the left is what I ordered, the right is what I got.....and I'm insulting? No NO, what I received for my $85 was insulting read more

Being in New York and wanting to send flowers to my mother in law in Florida I went directly to my Yelp App to find a reputable florist near Bradenton Florida. Yelp led me to Ellenton Florist . After reading their reviews on Yelp I ordered a flower arrangement and had them sent to the mother in law. First off Ellenton Florist was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating to my needs and more importantly my mother in law loved them,, she called and told my wife that the flowers were absolutely stunning and she was so pleased with them which made me look like a hero to my wife instead of a zero. But just between us Yelp and all Yelp users who take the time to write reviews on the Yelp website deserve all the credit I strongly recommend the use of Ellenton Florist for all your needs in the Bradenton area of Florida,, they are truly a five star business in my opinion. read more

Wow! I was super impressed and appreciative. Called the afternoon before my father's memorial service and asked for a large white alter spray for his service the next day at 11am. Not only was the price reasonable and my last-minute request accommodated, the actual arrangement was larger than I expected and much, much more beautiful than I imagined. Thank you so much for the effort and care you gave to my dad's arrangement. It really made me happy to see such a lovely floral arrangement on a sad day. read more

My husband ordered a birthday bouquet for me from Ellenton Florist and I have to say I am very impressed. The arrangement is full of exotic flowers and it's clear the florist has a lot of artistic talent. My only comment is that they put so many flowers into the vase that it's very difficult to add water but I guess that's a good problem to have. Would also have appreciated an extra packet of flower food to help the arrangement last longer when I change out the water. read more

Way too expen$ive.. Rather crammed in Vase? and not fresh at all. Did NOT last 3 days! Written by former florist person.

I called 3 other places to get flowers delivered today, It was 1pm there and they all said no-too late in the day. I live in CA and I know it is a 3 hour difference but I had just talked to my mother in law and she needed a pick me up, the next day wouldn't have had the same impact. Thanks! read more
