I have to say that the employees at this outlet are way friendlier than my local outlet over at Arundel Mills. I was greeted at almost every store that I went into. Since Lakeforest Mall closed years ago, this is the closest mall to my parents who live in Germantown. I like to shop here when I am in the area.

We were both happy with what she did, and how everything was explained clearly. Prescription eyewear selection followed and that was fairly smooth as well. I thought the frames selection was somewhat limited but I don't have anything to compare to currently. Overall happy with everything, and will return in the future.

Receptionist shrugged it off like it was nothing, and the office manager acted annoyed, prioritizing other patients while dismissing us. When she finally said to the receptionist to just reschedule, she walked away mid-conversation. As we left, declaring we'd never return, the receptionists looked at each other and literally laughed at us. Zero customer service or empathy, avoid this place if you value your time.
