I tried to get more explanation but again hard to understand his very broken English. So he proceeded to say well it's up to you what you want to do. 6: The admin person can in and said they were having trouble with verification of my insurance even though I gave them the card and all my information. I was like ok. 7: Here is my card again (2nd time) she then proceeded to tell me how bad it was there can't keep good ppl and that she will call me with the plan. I was like ok and if I don't call u call me. 8: A week or 3 goes by again crickets so I called waiting on hold for over 15min I not liking these ppl at all. So finally through many texts and emails I found out they lost my insurance card so I'm really pissed off now. How u professional is this place. 9: so I provided and ask for the plan. A day later again thru texts and emails I get the plan. It's so ridiculous this place be very aware. I did not see anything like they described. This is a family practice. Maybe there were staffing issues at the time. Dr. Ngyuen was nothing but kind. Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. Where do I start!…read more First of all, I was in the most pain I have been in in a long time when it comes to my teeth and I couldn't wait another day. Upon reaching out they were going to be closed but happened to be able to get me in on a day off with clear and concise explanations of all fees. Due to the extreme nature of my situation Dr Sandy and the entire office was able to asses the situation professionally, quickly and referred me to the right people with her name and stamp on it. She was able to get me meds, mouth wash and the products needed to keep me going while I had to have a different procedure to come back for her to fix my crown.
