I proceeded to say I just want to make appointment she took my information my insurance card and said someone will get back to me. 3: A week later nothing crickets so I finally got thru on the phone made appointment. 4: Went in at appointed time early and waited to get about 20xrayds and finally saw the dentist. 5: Dentist comes in who could I can barely understand English his 2nd language he poked around in my mouth only for about ,1minute and said oh u need teeth pulled because they have gum showing. I tried to get more explanation but again hard to understand his very broken English. So he proceeded to say well it's up to you what you want to do. 6: The admin person can in and said they were having trouble with verification of my insurance even though I gave them the card and all my information. I was like ok. 7: Here is my card again (2nd time) she then proceeded to tell me how bad it was there can't keep good ppl and that she will call me with the plan. I was like ok and if I don't call u call me. 8: A week or 3 goes by again crickets so I called waiting on hold for over 15min I not liking these ppl at all. So finally through many texts and emails I found out they lost my insurance card so I'm really pissed off now. How u professional is this place. 9: so I provided and ask for the plan. A day later again thru texts and emails I get the plan. It's so ridiculous this place be very aware. Upon reaching out they were going to be closed but happened to be able to get me in on a day off with clear and concise explanations of all fees. Due to the extreme nature of my situation Dr Sandy and the entire office was able to asses the situation professionally, quickly and referred me to the right people with her name and stamp on it. She was able to get me meds, mouth wash and the products needed to keep me going while I had to have a different procedure to come back for her to fix my crown. Was put is the chair, several x-rays were taken and gum was frozen. Suddenly just before Dr.Hung starts I was presented with a bill for almost $2000 to sign!!!! [Roughly $400 over the TOP price quoted on Co-pilot]. What do you do is that situation -either get up a leave or sign.? To top it all off, I don't know if I really need a root canal. I was experiencing no pain or discomfort from the tooth, plus my chart states -non vital. Only good thing I can say was the Dr.'s work was very efficient
