Dr. Cho is a great dentist and is incredibly knowledgeable. The front desks ladies always go out of…read moretheir way to give the best service and find appointments that meet time restraints.

INCOMPETENT LIARS…read more Already in the first visit, they lied to me, saying my insuranc did not cover the services which were actually fully covered by my insurance. Only when I contacted my insurance, the Lombardo and Cho staff agreed to honor my insurance coverage. The worst was yet to come: Dr. Da Lee (general dentist) was assigned to me. My tooth # 3 needed extraction. I consulted with her and asked her if she could do it, or if I should go to an Oral Surgeon. She assured me she could do it. They state in grand fashion "We cater to cowards". What they mean is Valium, not even Nitrous Oxide, and if you want NOX, you'll have to wait 2 months for thier Oral Surgeon. I went along with Valium. Dr. Lee spent 1 hour sectioning out the tooth, changing her gloves every 10-15 minutes due to "sweaty hands", and her magnifying glasses plus shiled got foggy constantly, so she had to clean them often. At the end, she said she extracted all roots. When I went to consult with an Oral Surgeon for an implant, he discovered that # 3 was not fully extracted. I was quite shocked and went back to Dr. Lee. She took a 3D scan, which revealed she had left an entire root unextracted ! "You have 4 roots apparently, this one was hiding !", she said. If she would have taken an x-ray after the extraction, she would have seen that there was an unextracted root, which is always done after an extraction, to make sure everything was extracted. Regardless, I question it was a 4th root. Possibly it was the 3rd root, which she could or would not want to extract, for whatever reasons, incl. sweaty hands and foggy face apparatuses. There is a tooth structure stuck in my jaw/gum, which they thought first was a bone spur, but the 3D scan revealed it is a tooth structure. How Dr. Lee got that tooth structure there, I have no clue. But both, the unextracted root and the tooth structure in the jaw/gum must be removed, else I can't have an implant. Their manager Renelle promised me they would refund all payments to my insurance, so the incomplete extraction can be completed. As of today, I have no confirmation the refund took place. In addition, Dr. Lee turned out to be not contracted with me insurance, but Dr. Cho. So, Lombardo and Cho Dentistry pretended to my insurance I was treated by Dr. Cho, which is fraud. Also, they misinformed my insurance and presented them a pile of untrue facts, to get support from my insurance, which I am in the process of correcting. In addition, the dental records are full of errors, inaccuracies, untrue facts, and misconstrued statements. I found an excellent Oral Surgeon, who wants to remove the unextracted root and tooth structure Dr. Lee left in my jaw. Lombardo and Cho's false statements to the insurance and subsequent hurdles are delaying the urgent dental treatment needlessly. This dental office is a disaster. Billing the patient for services fully covered by the insurance is just the beginning.... Beware: if you get a tooth extracted there, ask for an xray to see if all roots were extracted. It is the standard in dental care to do this. I reamin wondering why Dr. Lee avoided taking an xray. Did she know that she had left 1 root unextracted ? Better to get dentistry done elsewhere.
