They are always on top of my appointments, transparent with regard to my oral health, pleasant (ALWAYS), and I've never experienced billing issues with them. I just completed getting three dental implants I'm very happy with the outcome Dr De La Rionda is very gentle and accommodating He answers all questions thoroughly and is quick to numb me when I ask for it. The periodontist,Dr Hanasab who placed the implants was also very professional I felt very comfortable with him. The office staff is very efficient and friendly. The wait has never been long. The most important thing is the implants look and feel great I've also had other procedures done here with excellent outcomes. I was initially reluctant to come here last year at the time of my first visit. I came here because of the excellent reviews and the dentist I had been going to for the past 20 years has retired. I'm an evacuee from Altadena, just in the area for a few months before I can go home again. I had what might have been a dental emergency, so I picked Yucca Valley Dental (I have PPO Dental insurance). I got very thorough, friendly, and excellent service at this practice. Turned out not to be an emergency, but I went ahead and agreed to a dental cleaning and enamel replacement on one tooth. Have to say, the dental hygienist was the best I have ever had, and I am a very picky patient with very sensitive teeth. She was amazing. Gentle, thorough, and explained everything she was doing. My teeth are cleaner and whiter than they have ever been. Top marks. Enamel replacement, performed by the dentist, was also very good, although I didn't like the chatter going on over my head, but the results were excellent. The whole facility was super clean, bright, and filled with state of the art equipment. Highly recommend this practice, especially the hygienist. I may even consider driving back out here for my next cleaning, even all the way from Altadena! read more
