They say they will call you if they have a cancelation but they never do, but they make sure they take your payment ever 4 weeks. They have no room for any emergency because the doctor does not work here full time only once a week my son had a wire cutting him in the back of his month because of his teeth moving and he had to wait 3 weeks for them to cut the wire i asked if we could come pick up some wax or something from them they said they don't offer it.
