Dr. Cho is no longer the doctor here. It is Dr. Reza Memar since 2023…read more Honestly, I'm not used to needing anything beyond a regular cleaning. I visit the dentist every 6 months, brush 3 times a day, and floss twice daily. I don't bleed when I floss, so I was surprised when Dr. Memar said I needed scaling. I came in for the $79 new patient exam, X-ray, and cleaning offer, and since I'm diligent with my oral health, I wasn't prepared to pay $120 for scaling. My issue wasn't the recommendation itself, but how drastically Dr. Memar's demeanor changed once costs came up. During the exam, he said there was no bleeding--just slight inflammation--and offered to charge $20 more than the promo. But afterward, his attitude completely shifted. He became condescending, backtracked to say I was bleeding, and gave me a lecture about gum disease and insurance--even though I had already said I didn't have any. He even told me to come to the back so he could "show me the bleeding," which felt unnecessary and intimidating. The interaction was so uncomfortable that I ended up crying in the chair during my treatment because of how threatening, condescending, and rude he was. I felt completely disrespected and pressured into paying more than expected. Dental care is expensive, and not everyone can afford to spend $79 without receiving treatment. Otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere for a second opinion. I've never had a dentist speak to me that way before. Find an office that makes you feel safe and respected--unfortunately, this one did not.

Dr. Cho made sure I was effectively numb and I appreciate that so much because I've been on the opposite end and boy howdy, YIKE. Follow up appointment was made afterwards and this is the first time that I'm looking forward to returning to the dentist.

I've been a patient here since 2013 and am very happy with service. Building is in a strip mall,…read moretucked to the side of Kroger, round the pizza place corner. They have a nice waiting area and provide snacks and drinks (which I've never taken advantage of because I'm about to get my teeth checked...). The reception are a few regular ladies who are pleasant. The wait is always short, under 10 minutes. I have been seen by either Judy or Bianca. Both are really nice and helpful assistants. My favorite is Bianca, but SADLY she's only a rotational assistant coming from another location. The doctor always stops by for a final check after my clean-up, super nice but just a quick hello. Try not to give a really firm handshake, I think he keeps his hands careful b/c of fine practicing but I always forget and squeeze hard and feel like I'm breaking his hand haha. I personally take great care of my dental health so I haven't had many options done here but they get your xray in a couple of minutes once per year (I'm guessing depends on insurance etc) and I do the flouride swish once a year, they give you a wet towelette to wipe off afterwards. Pretty nice "open layout" rooms with a large reclining chair and a tv with some music. I ALWAYS get the mini toothbrush set goodie bag, after every visit and use it at work (perfect timing for 6 months.) CON: VERY in demand, so make sure you schedule ahead or if you change do it as ahead of time as possible. I have a hard time finding something within a month's need.

I had recently recommended him to someone and have not heard back yet. I tried to make an appointment for myself today and the scheduler could only babble. I called for an appointment and whoever answered said we are booked till November, but then she gave me a date in June I could not do so she looked again and she gave me another workable date and I asked her to confirm the date and time again and she said 11/10 and I said you mean 5 months from now? She replied 11:10 time and I said can you give me what date and she said 11/10 again and I repeated "November?" Finally got out of her it is a date in July at 11:10. Someone there needs to explain to this person that date and time are not the same or only hire people who know the difference. this was not my first encounter with this new location.

From the pleasant people upfront to Tyn and to Dr Kim, I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a new Dental care. Just recruited my wife and will be promoting them going forward. When I scheduled, I clearly stated that we only wanted regular cleanings and was told that could be done at our 8 a.m. appointment, with instructions to arrive at 7:45. We arrived early and waited until 8 a.m. before anyone greeted us. The visit started off well the hygienist took x-rays, blood pressure, and saliva tests, which made it seem like they genuinely cared about our health. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. After nearly an hour, we still hadn't received a cleaning. Instead, the dentist told me I needed a deep cleaning and crowns. I explained that I'd review those options later but just wanted the standard cleaning I came for, especially since my previous dentist said crowns might be needed eventually but not anytime soon. The office manager, Andrew, then came in to review treatment plans and coverage, but the conversation felt more like a sales pitch. Despite me repeating that I only wanted a basic cleaning, he continued to push the deep cleaning and crowns, ending with, "Okay, we'll just need a signature." At that point, it felt dishonest and pushy. We left without getting a cleaning and won't be returning. Patients should be told upfront if the first appointment is only a consultation and not an actual cleaning and be allowed to decide for themselves if they want additional procedures. Recommendations should remain just that -- suggestions.

She then turned around weeks later and said it never included the two implants even though she stated everything was included in the estimate and she pulled another tooth on purpose with no permission. She is now going to be reported to the state and all county and state ethics committees, the Dentistry Boards, and being sued for pain, suffering, and illegal practices and scamming patients for unnecessary dental work without their consent and never completed to complete fraud!
