Our journey began with Design Consultant McClane Sjolund, who took the time to understand our vision and provided a detailed estimate along with a professional design blueprint. Being able to see the proposed layout before construction began gave us confidence in the project and allowed us to move forward knowing exactly what to expect. Once the design phase was completed, our project was handed over to Project Manager Javier Rodriguez. Javier was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, highly organized, and kept everything moving smoothly and on schedule. His communication was outstanding. Whether by phone or text, he was always responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. It was clear that customer satisfaction and attention to detail were top priorities for him. When construction began, Foreman Leonardo and his crew demonstrated true craftsmanship and professionalism. The quality of their work was excellent, and their attention to detail showed in every aspect of the installation. They worked efficiently, maintained a clean job site, and delivered exactly what was promised. One of the most impressive aspects of the project was the timeline. From the day we signed the contract to the completed installation, the entire process took only about three weeks. Once work started, the actual installation was completed in just three days, which was remarkable given the quality of the finished product. The final result looks fantastic and matches the original design perfectly. Our new backyard has completely transformed the space, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We highly recommend System Pavers to anyone considering a paver project. Their team provided excellent communication, outstanding workmanship, and a seamless experience from design to completion. Thank you to McClane, Javier, Leonardo, and the entire System Pavers team for a job well done!

I'm back today to update my first review of Santana Landscaping. If you read my original post,…read moredated Sept. 7th, it had mostly to do with over promising, under delivering and lack of follow-up. This update, I hope will be received in the manner it is intended, as a helpful suggestion to the business owner. After my first 3 star review, David Santana was quite concerned about my "dis-satisfaction" however, it took several phone calls, many texts, and a few missed appointments for David to physically come back to my property and discuss the issues in person. Finally, after we were able to walk the space, observe the work that had been done and not done and discuss my expectations, David agreed to make some accommodations. I am extremely pleased with the final outcome (please see the pictures below) ...however, as luck would have it, there was a water leak which I pointed out to the worker before he even left the site. After several additional texts with David and many excuses, and explanations about the age of my system, David finally agreed to have the repair done. My point in all of this is that it doesn't have to be so difficult, #1. Do what you say you are going to do, #2. Do it in a timely manner, #3. DON'T make excuses and remember the old adage, "The Customer is Always Right". Although I am very satisfied with the final outcome and the great work done by Luis, it felt like pulling teeth to get this job, which was started on Sept. 3rd finally completed on Oct.12th!

They did not skimp on quality of effort nor quality of work. Like every homeowner project the need for good communication is key to a happy outcome. Steve outshines in this area. He listened to me describe mine and my yard's individual need. I had a nightmare situation of invasive tree roots growing from under the fence from adjoining neighbors excessively thorny trees. The consequence were thorny tree shoots growing throughout my backyard and its sucker branches popping up on every 2-3 inches along the way. It eventually took over my lawn area by 25ft + in every direction. And it was growing longer! This made it impossible to walk on the lawn and enjoy without being stabbed and bloodied by long sharp thorns. I needed these tree roots traced and dug out completely all the way to the fence line before applying new landscaping. Gaspar and Henry did an excellent job of removing each one of these multiple roots by hand digging. Very laborious and yet they handled it well in the hot summer sun and doing a complete and excellent job. They did it quickly and I thank them tremendously. I had to make the hard but wise choice of not re-sodding and no longer having a lawn. Steve was very patient and guided me to the right choices of landscape material that would help me eliminate this problem from reoccurring on my yard. Steve and his crew (Gaspar and Henry) were a blessing and gave me back my yard. Thank you, sincerely. It was a great experience to work with Awaken Landscapes. I would use them again.
