The north side nail techs have not a lot of knowledge of what they are doing after two tries. So I came to the southside. First salon and first tech on the south side knew what they were doing and executed with excellence. Vivian was a great professional. I will go to here every time. I was a little disappointed there were not many colors for me to choice from in the purple family, but my pink nails are fab! Never have a gotten a dip/power fill set in such a short amount of time. My nails look great and feel strong. I'll be back! BTW, no dipping my fingers; Vivian shaped with nail product.

Today was my last time patronizing this nail shop after 7 years of being a loyal customer. I am…read moreextremely disappointed by what I witnessed. While I was still sitting in the salon waiting for my toes to dry, I watched the pedicure technician take the tools she had just used on me, place them into a sanitary container without sanitizing or disinfecting them, and then put them back into her pedicure kit. What was even more concerning was that I watched her open that same sealed pouch and use those same items on another customer. After 7 years of patronizing this business, I never expected to witness something that made me question the sanitation practices. I am sharing this review because customers deserve to know what I personally witnessed. Sanitation should never be something customers have to wonder about. I have supported this business for seven years, but after witnessing this, I will not be returning. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and reviews its sanitation procedures to protect every customer who walks through the door.
