While I was still sitting in the salon waiting for my toes to dry, I watched the pedicure technician take the tools she had just used on me, place them into a sanitary container without sanitizing or disinfecting them, and then put them back into her pedicure kit. What was even more concerning was that I watched her open that same sealed pouch and use those same items on another customer. After 7 years of patronizing this business, I never expected to witness something that made me question the sanitation practices. I am sharing this review because customers deserve to know what I personally witnessed. Sanitation should never be something customers have to wonder about. I have supported this business for seven years, but after witnessing this, I will not be returning. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and reviews its sanitation procedures to protect every customer who walks through the door.

They claim to be "high-end" but they definitely lack it. The place is very dirty and they have a very old nail polish selection. The ladies were nice but I was looking for more of a relaxing, spa experience. This is not that type of salon. The music was not what I consider relaxing and it was a little too loud. The girl who did my pedicure was super sweet, but she didn't seem like she was experienced and pedicures so I assume she may be a little new. I understand that she has to get her footing, but when pedicures are $50, I really want someone who can give me a good and thorough job. They charge $10 to remove my no chip pedicure that I had on from another salon, however, they don't soak it off as they should. She used a drill to remove it. I didn't love that either. For people who don't mind more of an upbeat environment, this may be a good place to go.
