Writing a review here because I see this place has got a bad rating and I have no idea why. I just…read moresigned up for a small co-work office space for a new person who is doing some work for me. I wanted something quick, easy, inexpensive, and functional so he could work in an environment away from home, and this gave me all of that. To be honest I was a little wary about the whole concept, but I took the time to visit the place. It's really lovely, a nice lobby you walk into for the building, turn right and there is Regus. I was greeted by two ladies, Jennifer and Joann who were very friendly and efficient. The place itself has a great little lounge area, a kitchen, a couple of quiet pods, a board room and a meeting room, like all you would need. Then the offices, well there are a lot of them, all over the place. I looked at an individual office but that was really too much for me, so I picked out a co-work space which is really an office which you share with a couple of people - but you get your own assigned desk. So that's great. All of that was done online and with a quick phone call to a guy named Aresh who was also very efficient and cool. I've interacted on an ongoing basis with Jennifer, and she's been so kind and friendly and efficient - like if you ran a business and needed a super efficient friendly reception/admin person - she's that. Very professional but also very personal service. Just great. Cost-wise it's pretty much as you see on the website, so for maybe $100/week you get this great office, a lovely common area and reception, kitchen, etc. It's just great value and really allows me to think about a couple of other business avenues I can explore for additional people, once we settle in, because it's so inexpensive and easy. So yeah, in summary, haven't a clue what the bad reviews are about, my experience has been nothing but positive, and if you are a small business needing something a bit more professional than wfh, I would recommend unreservedly. Thanks Regus!

This location is a zoo, zero efficient work place. My office…read moreis located next to an office with the loudest ladies. No 10 minutes goes by without the screaming, laughing... I have brought this to their attention but no change or consideration takes place. Then you have a short hispanic man walking around all day using ear pods for his phone calls screaming, laughing shouting. He may not realize how loud he is because the ear-pods yet he could use his office for the all days phone calls or step to the hallway or lobby but no, he just walk back and forth in front of the offices. Anyway, this location is a no go for people who need the aceptable work etiquete when it comes to moderate noise levels. The video attached is an example of what it goes in minute bases. My door was close when I started recording the hallways typical noise level you should expect.

The Boca Raton Innovation Campus is famous for being the birthplace of the first personal computer…read morewhich was invented and developed here. The IBM PC Model 5150 was developed on campus in 1981. The first PC keyboard was also invented here by IBM engineer David Bradley although he credit its popularity to Bill Gates who decided to license his operating system to IBM in what is now the 5000 building. The campus was built as IBM's North American Research and Development facility in the late 1960's. It was designed by Marcel Breuer who is known for his conic Brutalist architecture with minimalist and functional designs. The innovative infrastructure was designed to withstand a category 5 hurricane. CP Group acquired the property in 2018 and IBM departed in the early 2000's. It has now been transformed into a vibrant hub for technology and life sciences with amenities like restaurants, art galleries, and event spaces. Future plans include corporate offices, retail, hospitality, and residential spaces. There are miles of walk and bike paths around campus that are open to the public. My favorite place to walk is around the lake which attracts birds and ducks. 5.5 laps around equals one mile. The lake is 20 feet deep in the center and holds 10 million gallons of water. While on campus you can also check out the Art on BRiC Walls Art Exhibits. Take a self guided tour of art exhibits lining the common area corridors. Collaborations with Palm Beach County museums, schools, colleges, and art organizations line the walls. Also on campus you will find Marcel Brewer's Cafe by Carmela Coffee, a conference center, a 7,000-square-foot fitness center with locker rooms, showers, and group fitness classes, an on-site primary care office, bike storage, Bits Autonomous grab-and-go, and more. BRiC is well worth checking out for the history, architecture, and art while exercise enthusiast can use the campus to connect to other nature trails in the area. The campus is also the host of the Coco Love Fest, a family friendly event from the Coco Market that offers retail shopping, activities, and workshops. It looks like a lot of great things are happening at BRiC. I can't wait to see what pops up next.

Where Innovation Meets Community - A Hidden Gem in Boca Raton!…read moreThe Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC) is so much more than just an office park -- it's where the past, present, and future of innovation intersect. Originally IBM's R&D hub and famously the birthplace of the personal computer, BRiC has transformed into a sleek, modern 1.7 million square foot campus that draws in today's brightest minds in tech, life sciences, and entrepreneurship. And best of all -- it's open to the public! I visited BRiC for the ABC Supply Great Chefs Tailgate Showcase on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, and I was blown away. The event kicked off college football season in true Boca fashion -- great food, amazing energy, and a strong sense of community. Local restaurants, breweries, hotels, and mixologists brought their A-game for an unforgettable night of flavor and fun. Some standouts from the culinary lineup included: Eddie V's Prime Seafood Boca West Country Club Los Bocados Crazy Uncle Mike's Graze Craze Boca Raton Deep Eddy Vodka Prosperity Brewers How Ya Dough'n (yes, the pizza was amazing) And many, many more. It was an epic tasting tour across South Florida's best eats and drinks -- all for a great cause. The event supported Spirit of Giving's Holiday Gift Drive, helping thousands of local kids experience the joy of the holiday season. Love that BRiC hosts events that give back while bringing the community together. The space itself is impressive -- spacious, modern, and full of energy. It's clear why so many global enterprises and startups are choosing BRiC as their home base. Whether you're a local, a visitor, or just a curious foodie -- keep your eye on BRiC. It's a unique destination where innovation, community, and culture collide.
