The inside of the lobby always smells nice and each bathroom has scented soaps from Bath and Bodyworks. Each detail is important to management at these office suites. The parking valet is respectful to the office suite leasees. Next thing you know, they re-billed me for the charges I disputed and then added late fees and administrative charge back fees on top. When I explained this situation to local management she was totally disrespectful and blamed me for everything. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. After posting the negative review, the company initially replied by asking for my account number - which I provided, at which point I was given a reference number and told that I would be contacted by corporate. Five days later, they still have not called. I tried calling in today and spent over 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone, and when I finally talked to someone, we spent over an hour while she unsuccessfully attempted to reach management. How is it possible that that customer service cannot reach a manager or supervisor??? The customer service nightmare continues, even I have spent hours upon hours between waiting on hold and trying to resolve this absurdity. There is not a name on the building but the 980 Spaces work area business on the first floor dominate the tenant space with the Sea Coast Bank. The lobby provides a spacious setting with several tables and a TV with people working on their laptops which provide an interesting concept. The business directory on the front lawn need updating.
