980 Spaces offers a secure, quiet, and spacious work environment with plenty of open seating, swivel chairs, strong Wi-Fi, and room to spread out. The upstairs area is secure and requires key-card access, which adds a nice layer of privacy and safety.
One of the biggest positives is the open atmosphere. There is plenty of space to work, move between stations, and stay focused without feeling crowded. It was not very busy during my visit, which is great if you prefer a quieter, more low-key workspace. The restrooms were also very clean and well maintained, and parking in the back felt open, easy, and safe.
The downstairs foyer is open and mostly unused, making it a nice option for a quick lunch or break, though it is probably not ideal for focused work. The front desk manager, Amanda, was wonderful and extremely helpful with anything you might need.
the only 2 drawbacks out of their control: there are no walkable food options nearby, so you will need to bring food or drive. There are no outdoor areas for calls or lunch seating, which would have been a nice addition.
The culture feels very utilitarian. People mostly keep to themselves, so it is not especially community-driven or social. It is more of a "get in, work, and get out" environment, which may be perfect for some and less appealing for others.
980 Spaces is a solid option if you want a clean, secure, spacious, and quiet place to work -- especially if you value focus over social energy. read more
