There is not a name on the building but the 980 Spaces work area business on the first floor dominate the tenant space with the Sea Coast Bank. The lobby provides a spacious setting with several tables and a TV with people working on their laptops which provide an interesting concept. The business directory on the front lawn need updating.

Went there and it's inside a warehouse, seemed rather warm, not bright for working and the studio was the same in a warehouse behind The Flamingo House apparently next door to a mechanics or auto body shop making noise, I understand that's their business. Also, dark and warm. One part inside of the warehouse studio was a room, it was brighter only because of a lighting fixture. Studio had no windows to the outside and the garage door was exposed on the inside. I don't recall the Flamingo House having any windows in the work area. Rather claustrophobic. Personally, I would rather work at Starbucks, Panera, the library or somewhere else that was brighter and just a lot more comfortable. Also, for a business meeting, would not have gone had I known it was like this, very uncomfortable.

Sundy Village is a new seven acre mixed use development centered around the historic Sundy House,…read morewhich was built in 1902 by John Shaw Sundy, Delray Beach's first mayor. The development preserves six of the city's oldest pioneer buildings, combining Queen Anne and Colonial Revival architecture with modern restaurants, shops, and office space. Historic buildings include the Cathcart house. the third oldest house in the city and an example of French colonial Architecture, The Rectory, a 1912 home for Methodist clergy, and 40 and 16 South Swinton Avenue which are three structures built in the 1930's. John Shaw Sundy came to South Florida as a construction superintendent for Henry Flagler's Florida East Coast Railway before building his home at the corner of Atlantic and Swinton Avenues in 1902. The Sundy House became one of the community's earliest gathering places. It served at various times as the town's first bank, a schoolhouse, the meeting place for the First Baptist Church, and a center for civic events. The Sundy family remained on the property for decades, and the home was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. In later years it became a boutique inn, restaurant, and botanical garden. The project was originally proposed as Midtown Delray before being renamed Sundy Village in honor of the property's historic home. The recently completed first phase includes approximately 100,000 square feet of Class A office space and 30,000 square feet of retail and dining. Future phases will add another office building, a public parking garage, and the restoration of additional historic homes, including the reopening of the Sundy House as a restaurant. Rumored future tenants include Barcelona Wine Bar, Double Knot, Taco stand, Delray Beach Craft brewing, and Drinking Pig BBQ. I had the opportunity to explore Sundy Village while visiting Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, which occupies one of the beautifully restored historic bungalow, the 1925 Thieme House. I love how the developers were able to repurpose these historic buildings instead of tearing them down and losing this history forever. Instead they chose to celebrate it. The Delray Beach Historical Society has installed attractive interpretive plaques in front of each structure, so that you can quickly learn the history of each building. One of my favorite features is the large historic looking windmill and fountain near the entrance. The windmill is a recreation of the original 1902 water-pumping windmill and water tower that once served John Sundy's property. It creates a focal point to the development while also celebrating Delray Beach's pioneer heritage. I look forward to seeing the remaining phases completed and watching this unique development continue to grow.

Although it has since been completely renovated with ultra modern offices spaces and several eateries and boutiques. So many vacant new units coming available for lease. Parking was an issue and it was not even a weekend. We had to park across the street at the Tennis Center. Today we wondered through the center of the village to have ice cream at Van Leeuwen and was followed by a mobile Ai security officer (see video). Also noticed that The Taco Stand and a Delray Beach Craft Brewing was coming soon. On my next visit, I want to try the Barcelona Wine Bar.

Once you get up the stairs or elevator, you're greeted with a cafe serving up delicious treats and drinks, and a wonderful lounge space with couches and a big table. There's also a balcony with great views of the area. There are two big beautiful studio rooms for the yoga and Pilates classes, as well as a mini spa, lockers, and incredible bathrooms. I love that the classes are not heated, and the rooms are super comfortable. Every class by every instructor I've taken has been really high quality and top notch. They really have high standards and know what they're doing. I do wish there were more weekend classes in the schedule, but I come whenever I can fit it in. I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a wonderful upscale yoga experience.

The inside of the lobby always smells nice and each bathroom has scented soaps from Bath and Bodyworks. Each detail is important to management at these office suites. The parking valet is respectful to the office suite leasees. Walking to Atlantic Avenue and grabbing breakfast or lunch is so easy and other people in the industry of advertising have offices close to Office 55. The staff is accessible and are available for questions and attentive. I highly recommend leasing space here.

I live in Vizcaya Lakes particularly in Renaissance Commons which of course indicates there is a lake and several other amenities which I will share more about in the Vizcaya Lakes posting.
