We did an aroma massage and we each got to pick which we preferred and they had many choices available. They were patient and gave us time to smell the different options, I ended up going with eucalyptus. They took their time and really focused on the areas that I asked to have focus on. The only thing I would change is the masseuse did use her arms and elbows, which was a little uncomfortable, but I didn't say anything. Next time, I'll definitely ask that the masseuse just use their hands. The place is clean and very inviting. The waiting room has hot tea available and they sell products that they use so if you really like something it's usually available for purchase to. Definitely will be back.

My sister comes to this spa often, usually for other treatments but today she surprised me with a sister's spa outing. She spoiled me with their aroma therapy massage for 2. Everything they did for us was done to make sure we were as relaxed as possible. Every area of the establishment that I visited was clean and well maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly made me feel welcome. I loved our aroma therapy massage, instant reset. I left smelling like a gentle breeze and felt like melted butter. My girl did an amazing job, listened to my concerns and make sure to hits the spots I had the worst pain in. 10/10 would do again.

I tried another location, but this location has some really great therapists. I don't want to give away my fave therapists because then I might not be able to get booked with them (lol). Swedish, firm or deep tissue massages are available. They also have add-ons like aromatherapy and foot scrubs. They also do giveaway drawings throughout the year or gift certificate specials. Front staff is great. Sometime there are long waits on the phone, but the massages are worth it. If you are looking for a new place for massage, try MassageLuxe (any of their locations really). Ask for a gift certificate from friends or family, that way you can try it out. Then you can decide if you want to sign up for a membership. They also have facial treatments and waxing services too.

I visited here 2 weeks in a row for a 90 minute massage each time. I played roulette and didn't choose a masseuse, I just booked with whomever was available at the time. Both times, I was not disappointed. The only thing I don't like is the membership. I feel like you get sucked into it and you never get out of it. Before you know it you have accumulated so many hours that's almost impossible to use. This of course isn't this locations problem, but I wish they make it easier to get out of the contract.

I was disappointed with my experience here. I explained that I work in healthcare and needed my…read moresquare acrylic nails thinned out and rounded for practical reasons. When I made this request, Danny laughed, then seemed visibly upset and had an attitude for the remainder of the appointment. I also asked for recommendations for popular fall nail colors, hoping for some guidance, but he simply handed me the color booklet instead of offering any suggestions. Additionally, I was charged an extra $5 for having short nails without being informed of this additional charge beforehand. Customers should be made aware of extra fees before the service begins. Overall, I felt uncomfortable asking for reasonable adjustments and disappointed by the customer service. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration, as a little professionalism, communication, and willingness to help would have made a big difference.

When I walked in it smelled like day old lunch. It's not the cleanest place. This alone almost had me walk out but the reviews had me curious. I've never had a nail infection or anything crazy you see mentioned in reviews and I plan to keep it that way. So cleanliness matters. The pedicure chairs are in sets arm to arm from the next person, the nail tech person seemed nice. She did a fine pedicure but messed up the angle of my big toe - I wasn't asked which kind of pedicure I wanted. The hot towels had burn marks on them. I wasn't impressed and I won't be back.

I've had several massages in the past, mostly from Chinese massage places. While these Asian…read moremassage parlors do get some of the job done, they lack one thing: listening to the client's needs (since they already have a routine in place), which is understandable due to the language barrier. But there is so much more satisfaction in knowing that your massage therapist understands your focus areas and intends to work on those above all other areas. My husband and I booked a 90-minute couples massage at Enrich Spa, and their quality of massage is the same as that of a high-end massage spa from luxury hotels or that from SeaHills Spa at the Cavalier Hotel in VB, if you've ever been there. Enrich Spa just earned themselves a longtime customer. Conni did an absolute incredible job in massaging my problem areas and I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and painless compared to when i walked in. I wish they would allow 2-hour massage services since that is usually what I opt for in all massage places I go to. 60 mins just doesn't do it for me. Their longest is 90-min sessions, which is adequate, but 120 mins would be 'chef's kiss'. If you need a REALLY GOOD deep tissue massage, book Conni. She specializes in deep tissue. I'll most definitely be scheduling for more in the future as my routine weekly treat for myself.
